Harmony Mobile Home Park is the most wonderful place to live. My neighbor from down the street just brought me dinner; we help each other and take each other to the store. It’s like a little family down here. I have 2 parakeets that have a cage right in front of the window and they just love it. They have a nice office and the ladies get down there and play cards. You do have to pay your lot rent which is a little over $300 a month and then you pay all your utilities. We get discounts on our natural gas. Everybody has to keep their place nice and if you don’t mow your lawn when it’s getting too high, you get told by the manager it’s time to mow your lawn. They want to make everything look real nice and they do a good job of it. We just got a new owner. None of us liked the old owners because they were a pain in the neck but I think this gentleman is going to be quite fair with us. We’d only have much crime around here. They’d robbed the bank one time and some guy just got out of jail. He picked out the first trailer, knocked on the door, tied up the lady and took her car but they had it back within 45 minutes. The cops caught him right away.
