Rooms ok. Staff treats you like you are stupid. Grant you there are people who are not the smartest but theirs alot that are intelligent. I guess because we live in a low income housing that makes us stupid. Tho I lived in one in Cincinnati and they treated residents with respect. Also there's people who have their family members living with them that is against the rules. One apartment there is a gentleman's daughter and grandchildren living with him for months.

The place is nasty. Bedbugs, roaches you either get heat or air you can't use it whether they have it turned on. Me and alot of people have health problems and if it gets hot we have a hard time. They say they are hot to. But guess what they get to go home. I want to move ASAP.

The maintenance crew is friendly. But I would rather have a maintenancd crew that did their jobs. Although my apartment is very nice, clean, and comfortable the common areas are not. There ate constant plumbing problems. The elevators are constsntly bresking down, forcing senior citizens to use the back stairs. This is a 17 story building. The building is a roach and bedbug paradise. They will not get rid of bad residents. That would interrupt the cash flow. There is a mold problem as well. You are well advised to pas this one by.

My apartment at Biltmore Towers Senior Living is OK, not something I would brag about. It’s a one-bedroom apartment that is good enough for one person. The maintenance crew is really nice. The manager of the place can be a little bit snooty. They don’t provide the meals, but they do have bingo.
