We first looked at Judson Manor, which is very high-end. I don't think we can afford it. It's a much older building. It's an old hotel, and it's gorgeous. We looked at two apartments there. They have a fitness center. They also have a lot of cultural events, speakers and classes and things like that, too. My mother's husband passed away about two years ago, so we used to go and see him there. I feel very familiar with Judson Manor.

I'm disappointed that Judson Manor has not been able to provide the number of aides that my parents need, even though they promised to do so. They dining plan is also less than promised, with whole 3 day weekends with only box lunches available because they were unable to staff the kitchen. Unacceptable for the $$$ price.

I really like Judson; they seemed to have many competent staff there. The environment is good, and I run into them when they go to orchestra; they have a group buses going there. It is the best, and I am very comfortable with this place. It is very close to art museum, University Circle so I can go to concerts there without too much trouble. They have a nice view of the whole city, and the university in Cleveland is interesting. They grow vegetables on the rooftop, and my friend is a garden enthusiast so she is growing lots of stuff there. It’s life a cafeteria, the regular restaurant and the staff people who served the food are competent and act like a first class restaurant. They come around and do the menu first and then give us minutes and then they bring the food accordingly to our choices.

This assisted living facility is very nice. My grandparents moved in a few years ago and I've visited Judson a few times. It's in an hotel, which you can imagine makes it a very beautiful building. The living accommodations are similar to apartment style living. The staff is very professional and I'm confident they will treat my grandparents well. I'm very happy that Case Western is nearby and offers classes for the residents of Judson. My grandparents have been busy and happy for the duration of their stay so far.The assisted living is also very thorough. They offer dining, nursing, bathing, laundry, and more. My grandparents felt like they were wanted when they moved in. My grandparents have been very happy with the staff. Every time I visit they have something great to talk about with me.I'm glad my grandparents are in good hands at Judson. It was a great decision for them to go here. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great, safe and fun assisted living home for someone important in their life.

I have a grandmother who live at the Judson facility. The facility is beautiful from the inside out. They have multiple floor and that house nice size rooms for the residents. I love the staff that takes care of my grandmother. On some the floors they have live in cats that keep the residents in good company. There is a great hospital near by, so it's convenient for doctor's appointments or emergencies. The dining rooms are huge and the cook fresh healthy foods for the residents. They even have an exercise pool for the residents inside the facility, which I love. There is endless activities the residents can do to enjoy there last days.

Judson Manor offers assisted living in a one-time grand hotel located in the culturally rich University Circle area of Cleveland. The building has been extensively restored to its original splendor with highlights such as a roof-top terrace - where residents have a beautiful 360 degree view over the City of Cleveland. The facility offers residents the ability to be involved in a number of educational enrichment programs at Case Western Reserve University, as well as offering craft and fitness classes. The area around Judson Manor in University Circle is being revitalized with expansions to museums, Case Western Reserve University, retail, as well as some of the best hospitals and healthcare facilities in the region. Assisted living services include full dining options, access to physician services, 24-hour nursing support, medication, help with bathing and dressing and laundry service. The staff is very friendly and helpful and long-time residents go out of their way to make new residents feel welcome.

My aunt and uncle, who are both in their 90s recently moved into the assisted living portion of Judson. This is a wonderful facility. It is modern and the staff is quite friendly and accommodating. The living facilities are like apartments. They have their own privacy and I really like that. There's also a lot of activities to keep seniors of all interests busy. The only downside to this that I experienced was that at the time that my aunt and uncle were admitted, they were put in separate areas of the facility. This was very stressful on them being apart. But the nurse took my aunt to see my uncle everyday until they were able to find accommodations suitable for the both of them. The staff knew me by name each time I came and greeted me and was able to give me an update on how each of them was doing and this helped me to feel more at ease about where they were living at their age. Overall, I would recommend this facility for assisted living care.
