My mother has only been heer for a month. It was close to home, and they have memory care. So far so good; it has been fine. They do have all amenities like a salon and activities to do. My mom's room has a television, and they provide cable and a phone. The menu is pretty standard, and the food is good.

I had lunch at The Woodlands by Heritage Retirement Communities and the food was not adequate and not tasty enough. The staff was very nice and very helpful, but I just didn't seem to find very many people I would be interested in living with. The facility seemed OK.

I toured The Woodlands by Heritage Retirement Communities. I liked the way the place looked. It was very nice and clean. They have a lot of nice activities. The least I liked would be the size of the room. It's just one room. I thought maybe it would be more like a bigger room where mom could have more of her things other than just a bed and a dresser. The staff was very professional and nice. It's modern. They put in new carpeting. The structure was nice and appealing.

My friend will be moving into The Woodlands by Heritage Retirement Communities. They have remodeled it and it's up to date. They had the new modern chandeliers and new carpets. It was nice. They had the furniture, so you didn't have to bring the bed, which was kind of nice. You could bring whatever else you want in the room. The staff was nice. They were accommodating and they helped us. They worked with us with what my friend could afford. They had a nice dining room and activity room. It was cozy because it kind of goes in a circle. It was open, so you don't feel like it's just gonna swallow you up.

I went here. I was impressed with that. I liked the fact that it was very intimate. The memory care was on the third floor. I visited it twice, and I liked the fact that they were doing crafts, and that everyone was engaged. They had good music, and they displayed their work, too. Everybody seemed to be having a great time. The facility itself was very nice and very well done. All the rooms are accessible where everybody can see everybody, and that kind of thing. I like that environment. That's nice. The staff I met were very engaging and open. The residents seemed to be involved and engaged. One lady said she really enjoyed the food. It was close to the library and a shopping mall, so it's like a bustling metropolis around there, that kind of thing. For me, that's more important than having a garden. I think people like to see activities.

I went here. I highly considered having my mom there. It felt friendly, it was very clean. They made me feel very welcomed. They had an activities room, a little social where one could have an ice cream or a little bistro setting, and it was to me a place that made the seniors feel welcomed, and they had a variety of things to do there. I did see the menu, they had it posted for the week. At the time I was there, they were not serving food, but they appeared to have a nice variety in their menu. It was accommodating for my mother, at least for her choice of things that she liked to eat. It was comfortable, and enough space for my mom to move around.

It was very nice and the people are very caring and told us all the information we needed to know. The apartments were very nice. The dining area and sitting room were wonderful. The staff was very nice and helpful, from the girl at the front desk, to the lady who showed us around the facility, to the aides we saw while we were there.
