I moved into Homestead Village Beavercreek. It was a very clean facility. They are still on construction, and they haven't completed the whole village yet. They have a place where they're hiring for a hairstylist, so they can have somebody come in. They offer a craft center where you can go and work on crafts. They have a chapel where right now, they're looking to have some Bible studies to be held there. They have a post office center where your mailboxes are. They have an information center with computers where you can log on to pay your rent and or any type of business with the Homestead Village. They have free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. They have a TV room. They have bingo once a week. They have a banquet hall where you can hold any type of banquet. It's a secured building, so at five o'clock, it's locked up for not allowing public access. Each apartment has a little kitchenette. It comes at a total amount of your rent for your utilities, gas, electric, internet, and cable TV. The staff was very friendly.

I was a resident of Homestead Village Beavercreek - Beavercreek OH. That one wasn't so good. Their management was terrible. Most of the staff was good. They have a library and a gym.
