The rooms and bath rooms are always clean. The residents enjoy the activities and in-house concerts a lot. We get updates timely, and the staff are always available for our questions and inquires 24/7-we call a lot. Really appreciate the patience and kindness!! We are truly grateful! "As you pull up the driveway you notice space. Most others are crammed right up to the street. Feels expansive. The fountain in the front. Old people outside that are visiting with family or getting a little exercise wheeling about. Family member staying there. The whole place is bustling with energy. You can feel the positively encouraging voices of the staff. People everywhere in various states of healing. Susan C. and Juana are on the spot, patiently giving great care. You can check out many other places but I doubt you will find better. Family member has been for 2 days and already significant improvement."

"My mother is in the Camden PostAcute Care in Campbell. My first impression is that it is a converted motel because it looks like an old motel. Other than that, it looks like it's well-kept, clean, and tidy inside. I think the staff is doing an okay job from what they tell me, although my mom claims that she's not getting showered enough there. They give my mom therapy two or three times a week. The dining area and the food look really good. My mom gets served hot food and coffee there, and it looks very good."

"Everything was very nice about the Terraces. The only thing wrong was that they didn't have enough of the little single houses. It's very well run, and I was treated very nicely. I like them. I looked at a lot of places, and it certainly is the top. "

"My name is Frances I needed rehab due to left side being partially paralyzed. Stonebrook was home for over two months. I had been in a SNF before so I was nervous but the second I entered, it was clean and modern lots of decoration. Huge activity room full of patients interacting a full hair salon. The medical care I received was phenomenal. Call lights answered quickly any staff member seeing the light comes in and offers help!!! Unheard of administrater to housekeeping offering to help or get someone who could. REHAB greatest no exageration they taught how to work with what you are given with minimal amount of pain. The facility is awesome it is fully equipped for occupational therapy complete with steps, kitchen and bathroom. Therapists push you to the point where you think you can't go further but they know whats best and amazing. Food yes its a SNF but they go out of the way to make sure you are satisfied with taste, texture and pute nutrition shout out to Leng who visited every day to assure my diabetic cardio diet exceeded standards. The entire staff is like family. I love you Stone brook thank you for everything. "

"My sister went to assisted living, but the doctor said she needed more help. She was sent to Cupertino Healthcare, which is more of rehab and physical therapy, and there are a lot of different ages. The environment is different -- a lot in the 40s, even 30s and 20s. My sister is on the young side, so it also boosted my sister's confidence. She had to share a room with another patient, and there's not too much privacy, but it's very clean. The staff is very efficient and very friendly, and her progress is really good there. It's very close to a park, and it's more like a residential. It has a lot of open space, and it's more cheerful than other nursing places. They should improve on the quality of the food though. She has been there close to a month now. "

"I think Almaden Health & Rehab Center is a good place. I don’t really have any complaints. My mother’s complaints would probably be that a lot of the staff doesn’t speak English very well and do not understand what she’s saying. When she says that she needs something, they touch everything to see what she’s talking about. I would say that the care she is receiving is good. The community seems very clean. I don’t think you can really help the food. When you’re on a certain kind of diet, it can be boring. "

"I love Sunny View. The people are amazingly kind and helpful. I've been so surprised at how wonderful the people have been, which you don't always find in retirement communities. Everything is included, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They give you two entrees on the menu and choices for dessert, soup, and salad. The food is good. They have all of the things that you want, like buses to take you shopping, people coming in to do shows for you, a section with a library and games, and a theater for movies. They have a shopping room where people can donate things to it, and once a week it's open for the residents to come and buy at low prices. They have a doctor who comes in on a regular basis. You can come in as individual living then you can go towards assisted living, all the way to a section for Alzheimer's patients. They have beautiful grounds and little fountains that are well kept. My mother chose to live in the villas and I love them. It's like a two-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. She walks out her back sliding patio and has this enclosed gorgeous garden area. She can set out a table, chairs, and an umbrella, and she has places to put potted plants. It has a beautiful iron gate that you can walk out of in order to go to the dining facility. The staff is amazing, and they have all kinds of activities."

"What I really like about the building is it is super clean, no smell of a nursing home. The staff seem to have worked there for a very long time and the charge nurses always seem nice and friendly. "

"My father was treated well. The nurses, cafeteria staff, and assistants are pretty responsive and nice. Anytime we needed thickener, cups, spoons, extra bowls, medicines, pain reliever, snacks, water, and so forth we were accommodated within 5 to 10 minutes if a nurse was non-occupied. The only negative thing I did not like was the in between shift changes of nursing staffs. For a good hour in between my father and adjacent patients could not get any help to change sheets and assistance to go to the bathroom. I suggest checking with the nursing staff for their shifts so that if you have family members that can fill in the gaping hour, it would alleviate any remorse for your kindled love one in between. Additionally if the patient needs assistance he/she must press a staff alert button wired to the bed wherein there is no audio sound or chime, only a light that visually comes on outside of the patients room. Hence if no staff is around during this time to see the light, chances are no assistance will be rendered immediately. Otherwise I am quite happy that my father is recovering comfortably from here in the WB facility from his weakened heart & kidney conditions and surgery from nearby O'connor hospital. FYI, make sure to ask your insurance provider and case worker carefully if your loved one is fully covered and also to explain in detail the progression in health your loved one must show as the WB facility manager will review every 2-3 weeks in coherence with your case worker and insurance for continued coverage. There have been cases I've heard where rehab patients end up either paying for deductibles or hefty collection payments. Overall I would say I am satisfied as me and my family visit our father every day as it has been a full month now. The staff are still professional and friendly. Parking can get full. Be prepared to park on the street and possibly even across the street. Be cautioned! Every 3rd Thursday of the month there is street sweeping, hence avoid parking patrol citations on these days of the month. Hope this helps! "
