A very friendly, loving and comforting place. My mom spent over a year in the care of the dedicated personnel. Everyone from the cleaning crew, CNA's, nurses, therapists, dietary staff, and entertainment staff were friendly and great at their jobs. They made my mom feel welcome and always addressed her by name and with a smile! I dropped in almost everyday at various times and was always pleased with the quality of care. They made her feel like family. Great entertainment offerings daily!

Our family member was discharged from the hospital and sent here b/c of COVID. We wanted an acute facility but was told Fatima/The Villas was our only choice. It has been an unmitigated nightmare. The admission cascade we have witnessed since he was sent there is unreal. This is an inhumane facility. A series of false promises from staff. Insufficient meals and hydration. When I last spoke to with our family member they were shouting at him. He has not been permitted to go outside the entire time. When I called back a few moments later his phone had been switched off. Stay away.

Clean facility, staff don't seem happy or very helpful. Very disappointed in quality of food. Given residents monthly cost, food should be a lot better. Hot dogs and canned chili are not something I consider food appropriate for the elderly, given sodium and spice content. Portions are tiny, no wonder most of the residents look so thin! No salad bar, very limited menu items! Poor food quality compared to what I've seen at other facilities!

Our Lady of Fatima Villa – Assisted Living was really nice. Mom was there for almost eight years. They had good activities, and we really liked the people. The facilities were really nice. They had really nice staff, and we enjoyed that they were really personable and took care of my mom's needs. There was a lot of personal contact between them and us. My wife's mom had been there, and it was the same thing with her; they were very caring and always available for her. The food was really good, very tasty, and had a pretty good variety.

Our Lady of Fatima Villa was not very good. The facilities haven't changed for years because it was small, dingy, didn't have air-conditioning, and was understaffed. Mom was not getting the care that she was requiring. When she had to go to the bathroom on quite a few occasions, it would take them anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes to take her because they were too busy.

Everything at Our Lady of Fatima Villa was 5 stars. The rooms, the property, and the food were good. It’s one of the nicest ones down there. The staff was on the highest level.

The staff were helpful, and the rooms were very nice, very well organized, and very well kept, but I think it was a religion thing. My mother is not Catholic, and they said it wouldn't make a difference, but when we told them that we weren't Catholic, Our Lady of Fatima Villa never called us back.

My grandmother is now at Our Lady of Fatima. I didn’t find anything to complain about except that they need to have more activities. My grandmother will be 100 years old in a couple of months, but she’s still very active and very alert. She likes to be entertained and to participate in bingo. The grounds are beautiful. The food looks good to me, but I don’t know how it tastes. The staff is wonderful. When I was there, my grandmother was kind of demanding, and she’s kind of cranky sometimes, but they handled it very well. They’re very efficient, willing to help, and very friendly. The room has a bed, a table, and a tv. They do have a dining room, and they do exercises in there. They also show movies and play bingo once a week.

Our Lady of Fatima Villa was nice. Its atmosphere was very nice. Their rooms were beautiful. The staff seemed very nice. I think they did have similar activities as what the other facility offers. My mother-in-law's aunt stayed there and they were very happy with that place. I think I would recommend this place to others.
