My grandfather has been living in Willow Towers for three months now. It's very clean, and they seem to have a caring staff. There are lots of activities for the residents and the food is good. They have a beautiful courtyard, a beautiful dining hall, a nice cafeteria, a little lounge area for snacks, and a library. They also offer religious services on the weekends. They gave me a list of activities, and they had yoga and exercise classes. It's very expensive, but I think it's average for what you would pay in this part of the country for that kind of care.

I liked Willow Towers the most out of all the places I toured. I liked their comprehensive care - the whole spectrum of care. They had assisted living, a separate memory care building, as well as a nursing home. The staff was friendly and respectful. I thought that everything was very clean. It was cleaner than in a lot of the other places. The residents couldn't leave without people noticing, with the way the building was built. The building appeared to be well constructed compared to other places I've been to. And they offered some furnishings at cost, but they did.

Willow Towers was a beautiful place, but a lot of money. They were great. They don't have independent living. The staff member was excellent. We really couldn't go inside, so we sat outside at a table. She discussed the whole place, but she really couldn't take us on a tour. She was great, told me everything about the place, was very well mannered, and told me the prices and gave me a pamphlet and envelope of all the information. They had apartments. They're limited. I'm sure they had what everybody else has, like bingo, but nothing's happening anywhere. We saw the outside where they hang out, sit down, and talk. They had a nice courtyard. That's all that she could show me. She couldn't show me inside, but I felt at home with her.
