My aunt has been in Carillon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. I found both times that they were quite attentive. With COVID now, they made a different set of rules for everything, so you won't get the kind of attention that you originally did. But I would recommend Carillion because the staff was great and the care was good. It was well-staffed and they were very kind. I thought that the staff was well-informed and transparent. The food was just alright, she didn't like the food too much because it wasn't her usual diet. It was very clean and accessible, it was easy to move around the hallways, and the rooms were big. They're not overly-expensive but it's not cheap either; what you ask for is just what you pay for.

Carillon Nursing is fine, and they talked to her. My mother shares a room with someone else. It’s not a great setup, but it is OK. They have the bingo and games. They celebrate Christmas and birthdays. You have to sign in to go in, it’s clean, and the nurses answer our questions when we call. Everybody worked well with us, and she is OK where she is.

The place was actually was great! I like the atmosphere and it feels like it's the right place. The good thing about Carillon Center is that their Alzheimer's unit was contained. So all Alzheimer patients can go around freely without having constantly redirected. The place is renovated, and very light. They have a good rapport between the administration, staff, clients, and residents.
