We visited Willow Park. It's very rundown and very small, and there were only a few cars in the parking lot. It was adequate enough and affordable, but it was a very old building. We went on a weekend and nobody was there. It took us 10 minutes to find just a kitchen aide. That was a little weird. I had to talk to the manager on the phone to get the price for a shared room.

While nothing is better than living with your immediate family, Willow Park is about as good as it's going to get when it comes to assisted living facilities. My grandmother was placed in their facilities approximately 3 years ago and is extremely happy with her arrangements. She is a very religious women and can practice her Christian faith in their Chapel. Even though she has turned in her license, transportation can be provided to go anywhere most hours of the day for an additional fee. She has the option of eating up to 3 meals a day and gets an evening snack before bed. She doesn't have to worry about cleaning and laundry because these are taken care of by staff. The staff is very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Willow Park is very clean on the inside and the staff maintain the building well. My grandmother loves getting her hair done and can get it done right on site. While some may consider the facility costly, I would strongly recommend Willow Park for you or your loved ones.

My Grandmother lived in Willow park. The staff there were very caring people. She said she had made a lot of new friends. But she did tell me she did not care for the house keeping. She told me that they did not do a very good job in cleaning her room. When i went to visit her i did notice that her room was not kept the way it should of been. and her bed had not been changed in days. I could see dry urine on her sheets. I told the the staff and they had someone come right away and changed her sheets. I had meet some of her new friends and they all seemed nice. One lady told me she had been there for 3 years. and told me she enjoyed being there, she stated the food was good the staff were nice, but she did not care for the house keeping. She stated that they only clean her room every 4 days.but beside that Willow park was a nice place to be at.

My mother lived at "Willow Park" Assisted living facility for 2 years.Overall a great facility.Big bed rooms. They had private and Non-private rooms.Decent daily meals. They helped my mother out when she needed to take a bath or shower.Very nice staff, helpful, kind. The only negative thing I have to say is,they didn't have many activity's for the residents. My mother had an overall good experience!
