My step father has been in this rehabilitation center after his emergency surgery. My family and I would've never imagined a better place for him. Everybody there is very caring and making sure everybody is getting the best care possible. Maryann, and all the other staff members are providing the best care for their residents. I was so pleasantly surprised after meeting with them, knowing that my step father is in best hands. On a side note, he does not even want to come home since he's been exercising there and feeling loved and cared for. My family and I feel very grateful for such a wonderful place making a huge difference for people like my step father as well as him family. You guys truly make a huge difference. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Margaret & Constantine's Family

This place is horrible, my mother is there and they can't even get the medical proxy right. One day they call me, the next day they would call another family member. Then they will remove other family members from the call list when I added them on myself. When you call there to check on your family they never know any info. The nurses are very rude and hang up on you. They have a in house social worker who very unprofessional, when you email her or call her she doesn't respond or call back. The other social worker called me and left a message, when I called back she said she never called me, I still have the "message" she never left lol. I set up home health care and they would not release my mother so they can keep charging you. I would definitely not recommend this place, and if you have a family member there try to get them out asap. I only gave them one star because you cant give them a 0, but 0 is there rating for me .

After breaking 7 ribs, my mother went to WLH&R for 5 weeks. Her entire stay was a nightmare! She had to wait sometimes over an hour for an aide to assist her to the bathroom. She wasn’t used to wearing diapers but did during the night. On many occasions after ringing the emergency button to go to the restroom an aide finally came in her room & told her to pee in her diaper that she was too busy to take her. She was told showers were given on Wednesday & Saturday well she was lucky if she had a shower once every 2 weeks. The aides barely understood English & several of the ones who did were for the most part snippy with their remarks & lazy. I’d never recommend this pathetic place to anyone keep away!

My father has been at Woodcliff Lake health and Rehab for two months since s stroke . He has received excellent care. He has received personal attention from the therapists and nursing staff. This is a family owned facility with a hands on approach. I would recommend it without reservation.

My mother was brought to Oakland Rehab after cardiac ICU at Valley Hospital. Looked ok at first but she hated it! Called me at work every hour begging to get out. I moved her to Woodcliff Lake, NJ rehab - much, much better.

Phenomenal experience. My dad was there this past month after a knee replacement. The nursing staff were so courteous and the rehab staff I couldn't possibly describe how AMAZING they were with him. He's home now and better than ever. I am truly grateful for all that they did for him.
