My mom is in CareOne at Oradell. It's a very nice facility. It's very clean, very bright, and very inviting. The room is very large. There is a nice window looking out, so there's plenty of light coming in. This is a shared room, although, at the moment, she's alone in the room. There's plenty of room for closet space and chairs. They have very caring staff. Very attentive. They have all kinds of specialties. They have different people like a physical therapist and the speech therapist. You name it, they have it. The nursing staff is excellent. The nurse's aides are very good at their job. It looks like there are plenty of activities for people who can attend and do them. My mom is not at that stage yet, but based on what I see, there's plenty of stuff to do. The food is great. It's tasty. They prepare it well. It's not hospital food. They bring a cup of soup to every meal and nice beverages. There is a variety of different meals. No issues there.

My mother is in a skilled nursing home called CareOne at Oradell. They're very caring, very warm, understanding, and helpful. The food is not bad. It's a little expensive because I'm doing it privately but it's very good.

I am both a nephew and my aunt's POA. After an exhausting search we settled on CareOne. They are a fine facility. Upper management is reachable and will take the time to discuss any issues which may occur. They are always quick to resolve any of your concerns. The aids are polite and professional. You do have to understand this is not an assisted living facility and the patient to staff ratio tends to be higher because of it. They accept Medicaid and they have undergone several projects to upgrade the interior appearance of the facility (not that it was in bad shape when my aunt first arrived in January of 2017). I would recommend this facility without hesitation.

I was in Oradell for Rehab. The staff was amazing. From the rehab people such as Sarah, Lovesy, and Janet to the nurses, Margaret, Sara, Debbie and the aide Helen, they were so wonderful, caring and helpful people. I did very well with my recovery and it is thanks to all the people I mentioned above. The place was clean and had a lot of activities for the patients. I recommend this place highly.

Let me tell you that this facility is the worst I've ever seen. Just the smell alone is horrible. But the patient care is almost non-existent. Medicines were given late and sometime, different medicine was given that were not prescribed. A relative of mine, who is not an alzheimer's patient, or elderly, was there for about a month. Went in after surgery for rehab. Ended up with an infection, which was not present on admission. Had to move back to the hospital. NOT A GOOD PLACE!!!!!! I RATE THIS TERRIBLE, T H E WORST!!!!!

Care One accepts Medicaid after people's finances run out; that was one of the reasons I chose them, and they were good. It's a beautiful place; my dad was there early December. It's laid out on two levels, and on every floor, there's a nursing station. I liked that the people that greeted me were really nice, and they answered my questions.

Excellent care and great staff only issue was the lunch which I found was a little bland and when I requested something else due to no flavor they did not hesitate to provide. Also what a wonderful breakfast they had. Fresh waffles with fruit not boxed as well as omlets or any style of eggs that I wanted. Recommend!

My father was in Care One before he died. The rooms were very small. I had eaten there, and the food was horrible. My father was not diabetic, but his life was like of a diabetic where they get all swollen. I wanted a special bed for him where his legs would be elevated, and yet they would just leave him in a wheelchair for hours, and nobody would even pay attention to him. It was a shame because I heard that many Care Ones are very good.
