Complete Care at Green Knoll is a very nice community. My father has been there for two months now and they're certainly top rated. The staff has been very pleasant and very relaxed. He's got a nice room and they have activities, but unfortunately, because of COVID, everything's suspended. The building is easy to access and easy to navigate too. They're a little pricey though.

Do not go here. It smells like urine, is dirty, and depressing in every respect. Shocking that it exists. Much better options elsewhere.

Complete Care at Green Knoll is an older building, and I think because of that, the cleanliness is not perfect. There's a very little outside area for the residents. There's just a small patio. There is a closet, but the rooms are small, so there's not a lot of extra room in the room. They provide televisions and there is a bathroom for each of the two rooms. There is a sink usually in the room, but not in the bathroom, and the bathroom is shared by four people in two rooms. The plumbing is older, too. The people are mostly very nice. The physical therapy department is pretty competent, so they provide good physical therapy. They had problems with the food service, but that has changed recently. The meals that they have are just normal for an extended care facility. They have food service workers and I don't think all of them are exceptionally capable. Sometimes things, like utensils, are missing, and it's difficult. They went through a period where the milk was sour, but I think they changed their supplier. That's not the food service's fault, but sometimes they don't always read what's on the menu, so you may not get things that you ordered. The nursing staff is usually pretty good. Although when my relative first got there, they were quite short staffed. I believe that they have just hired some traveling nurses. So lately, the staffing is better. They do trivia and they make rounds where they give coffee to the residents (although my relative says the coffee is horrible so she'll drink the tea). They also have some movie evenings. Unfortunately, they occur at the same time dinner occurs. So, the residents, especially those who have mobility problems, can't get to the movie night without missing dinner. What they need to improve on is cleanliness. I don't think that they have very many housekeepers. It's an older facility so they need to do major restructuring to have a sink in the bathroom and in the resident's room. They need to reschedule some of the activities so that it doesn't interfere with mealtimes. They are quite focused on getting their residents into bed early, like 7:00, and not all of the residents are old and want to be in bed that many hours a night. That's mostly the aides, and it's because they are so overworked, but like I mentioned, they have improved their staffing recently, so that may change.

The rooms are old. They look like a sanatorium. My mother's room light didn't work for about a month. Made a request but it was not fixed. Her phone in her room didn't work either. The staff is average but she had an incident where she was mistreated. The director is a professional guy who really tries. But the business manager Ashley, is very unprofessional, gets very personal with people and disrespectful. She also uses foul language when dealing with the public. No company should have such a person representing them.

I wish I could give this dump a negative rating. My mother went here for physical therapy after an extended hospital stay. The food is disgusting. The rooms look like prison cells. The nursing staff refused to tell her what medications they were giving her, they just expect the patient to swallow whatever they are handed. The head of physical therapy LIED about her, saying she refused to do her therapy. We had to bring her own walker to the place because they didn't have enough. They constantly run out of basic supplies like diapers. Most of the staff (there are a few good ones) treated her worse than an animal - at one point she waited FIVE HOURS for the aide to bring her a drink of water. When she left, some of her personal belongings were missing and nobody has gotten back to me about it - they don't answer the phone, either. Their COVID protocols are a joke - sometimes you are required to rapid test, other times they just let you in, depending on who is working the door that day. My family will be making an official complaint with the state. Keep your loved ones away!!

I was a patient at Green Knoll. I want to thank, congratulate, and to give a special recognition to those staff members that went above and beyond the call of duty pertaining to my care. The physical therapy team was incredible. My personal trainer took me under her wing and brought me from bedridden state to a walking/functioning human being. She made sure that I would be able to function on my own when I was released. I was tended by many nurses, and they were all extra special in my care. Everyone here is truly amazing.

I did really well at Complete Care at Green Knoll. I was a short term patient and really improved after having the rehabilitation. The therapy staff more than included me as a part of the team. I am at a loss for words. The therapist are all professional and caring. It has been my privilege and honor to know and work with them.

Toured this facility while a strike was going on. Reached out to the sales rep to follow up, recurved multiple texts from her stating she would call shortly. Never heard from her, wasted everyone’s time. If not responsive at entrance time, you will never hear from them if your loved one has a problem.

I stayed at Green Knoll Care and Rehabilitation Center for rehab. It's an older facility, but it's clean. The staff and care were excellent. The food was good. They had Bible studies and games.
