why is there no atm or little shop for residents to get things they need. it would allow them to feel more independant. they would not have to rely on others for daily needs. place is beautiful and staff is great.

While looking for options of senior citizens assistance for my parents I got to Livia. Customer agent via web chat was kind and helpful in providing answers to my queries. As son of senior/ederly parents I want to provide them a wonderful and more enjoyable life for the rest of the time that GOD may have planned for them. Customer agent was very attentive, so I hope the rest of the personnel is as good as him or even better. That would provide a sense of trust and confidence that your love ones will be in good hands.

I toured LIVIA Health & Senior Living looking for long-term care for my parents. It's beautiful, clean, and very modern. The staff and my tour guide were very friendly. They have multiple community areas and multiple dining rooms. It is one of the things that I like. The rooms were kind of spacious. The bathrooms were beautiful, and that's important for people who are in wheelchairs. It's definitely spacious and clean. I know they have a good physical therapy department and an occupational therapy department. They also had a small gathering space that families can use as a private room. There was a beautiful outdoor space for the residents and visitors. Everything looked very new, so no complaints there.

Sycamore Living is brand new. It just opened in the spring. It's on the small side, but I don't know how many residents they have, I think it's under 50. It's modern and clean. My mother's been there for 2-1/2 weeks now. The staff is very informative, and they've been calling and keeping us posted on how my mother's doing, so the communication is very good. I guess the food is fine; I haven't heard any complaints. I like it. It's very open. My mother's in a private room, but I would know better if I was able to visit her and I was walking in the hallway. I only had a tour of the facility, so it's hard to say. It just looked very nice. It was an office building that was reconfigured to make it into a nursing home or whatever you call these facilities. They have assisted living, long-term care, and rehab. It's a large building, and it's brand new.
