My parents moved into All American Rose Lane memory care last November. After 72 years of marriage the 2 bedroom apartment made it possible for them to stay together which can be hard to find. They entered after mom was released from rehab after a hospital stay. Mom died this past July and the staff there were very compassionate and professional. The entire memory care walked out with my mom and alongside her gurney with my family. I felt the staffs heartfelt sympathy was genuine and they felt the loss as the all become family while being there. They really helped dad through this most difficult time and spent extra time with him so he wouldn’t feel so alone. They seem understaffed at times but the staff works really hard to make sure everyone is taken care of. Communication was good as they would call if there was a fall and were responsive to emails. It is a fairly small campus. I wish it was more like the assisted living side but secure. Better light, and more common areas. For us it was the staff that made the experience positive for my parents they are all very caring and nice people. lol

All American Assisted Living at Kingston is a very nice facility. When you picture in your mind an assisted living facility, you're thinking more of a hospital-type environment, but this was very homey almost. When you walk in the front door, it's very welcoming. It's more like a hotel-type environment when you first walk in, so you didn't get the impression that this was an assisted living facility. In the companion rooms, they have a microwave, a mini fridge, and a sink. It's like a hotel suite, so there are two bedrooms and a shared space with the kitchenette and a bathroom. The staff who gave the tour was wonderful. She was very understanding and attentive, listened to my concerns, and was very reassuring. They took me into the bistro area and offered me any snacks or drinks that they might have had available for the residents. The building is four years old. They have an outdoor gardening area, a path for the residents to walk around the building, and rocking chairs on the front porch. They have a big activity area, too.

I visited All American Assisted Living at Kingston. It has a nice atmosphere. It was clean, modern, and very nice. They had so many things, and they had a schedule posted for the day, and things were going on every half hour to an hour. The staff answered all my questions, took care of everything, and even gave me a couple of hints on how to arrange my final wishes. She's knowledgeable and pleasant.

All American Assisted Living at Kingston was very nice and very clean. They actually had an issue with flood damage, but even with that happening, the area was still well-maintained and cleaned up. They really tried to protect the integrity of their building. There were many activities and the residents seemed to be enjoying those activities when we were there. The rooms were good. They had a very nice menu and they are going to be able to accommodate any diet that a resident would have. My only caveat with the room was the fact that if you had two bedrooms with a shared living space, you would have a shared bathroom, which I wasn't thrilled about, and I knew my loved one would not be thrilled about that either.

We visited All American Assisted Living at Kingston. I liked how modern it was and new. I liked that everything was pretty accessible on the first floor, all the meeting rooms and places to read, the library, and the dining area. The staff seemed very nice, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms were nice. All-in-all, it was well appointed and it seems like it would be a caring facility for a person. I saw the residents exercising. They had a couple of activities going on. The rooms had a good layout. It was nice that they have two bedrooms where a person can have a roommate and not feel isolated and have somebody to talk to. They had just enough in the room and it wasn't overcrowded. There was room to have a full-sized bed in the bedroom and be able to get around with a walker if needed.

My dad will move to All American Assisted Living at Kingston. We like the cleanliness, we like the people that we met while we were there, and we liked the location. They have a salon, they do church services on Sundays in their main function room, we also saw their exercise room. The facilities are good.

All American Assisted Living at Kingston was wonderful. It was all brand new, and it was beautiful. I would rate them a 5 for everything. It just costs more money, but the staff was wonderful. They came up and hugged me, like I was an old friend.

I went to All American Assisted Living at Kingston and took a tour with them. It was very clean and brand new. It seemed like everything was in order, no issues at all. I came in and they took care of me right away. I was with Debra, the sales rep or the tour coordinator. It was a good experience. They gave me a nice homemade loaf of bread to take home after the whole tour. I saw activities. Some people doing some puzzles, and the staff explained to me other activities that they do and things of that nature. They play cornhole inside, and they do other activities like indoor bowling and things like that. When the weather is better, they'll go outside and do other things. The rooms that they toured me were pretty nice, and they were fine. It's my first time looking into this, so it's hard to give a comparison, but I thought the whole facility was very clean. The people that I've met like nurses and other people helping were very, very sociable, and it was a nice place. The staff was very pleasant. The place is very, very clean. It's brand new, it's almost three years old.

My dad moved to All American Assisted Living at Kingston, it's an excellent community, and I love it. They have two areas, they've got assisted living on one side, and then the other side of the building is memory. They have lots of activities going on all day long. Everyone is very friendly. The building itself is beautiful; it's relatively new and very, very clean. It's a beautiful facility. The staff is fabulous. I was just there today and there were activities going on, and they keep it pretty varied. They're more affordable than the other locations, although I think all of them are too expensive all in all. But, this place, you get the most bang for your buck.
