My wife has moved to the Garden Villas South, and the care is awesome. I like all the amenities that they have, they have physical therapy, occupational therapy, good meals, and beautiful rooms. They have all kinds of social activities, cards, and bingo. She's in assisted living, but they also have skilled nursing. It's just a very nice place with a beautiful setting. The services they've provided to my wife have been very good.

We toured Garden Villas South. It was very nice. We looked at the atrium rooms, that's what they call them, and they were very nice. It was very clean and very well laid out. There were other residents walking around and it seemed like they were happy. The staff was very cheerful and very helpful.

We toured Garden Villas South. I saw a very nice facility. It looked like a resort. It's very clean and it was a nice place. They have a library. They have all kinds of activities. They have transportation to different outings just what the other assisted living places offer, it's just that I wanted to stay close to home and this is probably the nicest, closest place there is. The staff was very knowledgeable and very sweet, did not make us feel rushed, and answered all our questions. They assessed my mom without her even knowing it which was nice because she didn't get anxiety or anything. She did well. We met the nurse who would be passing out her medication and we met another care worker that takes care of all their stuff. We were introduced to a lot of staff. They've been there a long time and they don't have a big turnover.

Garden Villas South was an older facility, but it was still nice. They had a one-bedroom apartment that I liked a lot. It was so big, and it had a kitchenette. You don't get three meals a day. You only get one meal. They would take you places on a bus to go shopping or do whatever. They didn't have all the amenities that the other places have. The staff showed me a one bedroom that was furnished. It was too expensive. I couldn't afford it. They had a beauty salon. They had a monthly calendar list of activities.

We went to Garden Villas South. I like the place. I like that they're redoing their apartments, so they're a little more modern. The staff who gave the tour was very nice, friendly, and very informative. They also had meals, activities, and church activities available. There's a library and a salon. There were activities scheduled. My sister liked it very much. She felt it was a nice place because of the modern-looking apartments. However, the apartments were farther away from the activities.

The people at Garden Villas South were very nice and very helpful. It was a very nice place, but it was more than what my friend wanted to spend monthly. The building had all the different levels, building after building, so if necessary, you can move from one level to another. It had all the amenities that she was looking for. She had her own little wish list, and everything on her wish list was provided. They all seemed very, very friendly, very helpful, and outgoing.

Garden Villas South was a nice campus. The place was very clean and the layout was excellent. It was more fancy than the other ones that we visited. It was a large community. The staff member who toured us around was excellent, very informative, polite, and answered all our questions. They had an indoor swimming pool, an ice cream parlor, and transportation to appointments. They had games, exercises, and outings.

We went to Garden Villas South. My first impression was that it looks like a hotel. It didn't look like a home where you live, it looked like a hotel. It looked clean and neat. We looked at a two-bedroom, and it was very ample. The staff was very, very nice, very accommodating, and very friendly. They had a pool table, and an exercise room.

I went to Garden Villas South. It was a very nice complex. I was very impressed with the room sizes, the staff, the location, and the amenities. I thought the rooms were spacious and laid out well. The bathrooms had a lot of grab bars, which is something I look for whenever I go into a place. The dining area looked fine. The one negative thing I would say is that they have assigned seating, and I was not impressed with that. I just want to go down and sit wherever you want, but that particular facility has assigned seating. When I was there, they were playing bingo. I didn't get a list of the activities, but it's pretty standard to other places that I toured. They have different events, they have people that come in and sing along, and they take trips to local restaurants. They have a swimming pool and a little putting green, so for the outdoor space, that's nice. The staff who toured me was knowledgeable.

My friend will be moving in at Garden Villas South in February. It was a very nice place, bright and cheerful. They had a lot of planned activities for the residents. After every resident moved out, they redo the apartment, repaint it, and put down new carpets. The whole place was well kept up. The rooms were very spacious. My friend is getting a 1-bedroom apartment and it has a big walk-in closet. Everything was freshly painted and new carpeting. The kitchen has all of the amenities like an oven, a stove, a full-sized refrigerator, and a microwave. It's just nice. They were planning Las Vegas Night when we were there and they had slot machines set up. They had a swimming pool with water aerobics classes, a beauty shop, a fitness room, a library, and a lot of washer/dryer machines in the laundry facility. The staff was great and very friendly. They gave us a parting gift of homemade cookies. They pointed out movers that specialize in senior moving and that they do the packing and unpacking.

Garden Villas South was really good. All the staff seemed focused, helpful, and friendly. They have a great menu. They have about everything you can think of. They have about everything you can think of. They have a swimming pool, an ice cream parlor, game rooms, and all kinds of activities. They have prayer groups. They have Catholic services as well as nondenominational services. It's great. Very clean.

We toured Garden Villas South. It was very nice. They have a full kitchen, but they cost more unless you have a roommate. They have the ability to have a roommate, which was a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment, and you shared the living room and kitchen area; it was $2,500 a month. They didn't include 3 meals a day, and some of the things cost extra. The staff was very nice. I didn't have any problems with them. They have one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and efficiency apartments, but they cost more than the shared apartments. It wouldn't have worked for my mom because she preferred some privacy.

My friend is in Garden Villas South. It has all levels, and she's in assisted living. I think the care is good, and the staff is fine. Her apartment is excellent. Everything has been shut down due to the pandemic, so it's really unfair to try to evaluate anything at this time. They have all kinds of stuff, but currently everything is not back to what it was. There are activities all the time in a normal state, though. They have a TV room, swimming pools, ice-cream parlors, exercise rooms, beauty shops, family rooms, a bank, and whatever you want.

Garden Villas South was very nice. The apartment seemed appropriate. The food was good. They offered three meals a day for the assisted living. They had quite a few activities and offered shuttle services. The place was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were gorgeous and seemed to be very clean. The people all seemed very nice. My mom had a couple of friends that lived there, which I thought would make the transition much better for her. I would absolutely recommend them to others. I talked to the people there, and everybody seemed to be very pleased with everything.

Garden Villas was very nice, everything was just really good, and it was a little above the others. The people were very nice. It was a little more exclusive. They have a library. It was a nice location for us.

Garden Villas South has very large apartments, but staffing is extremely low. The problem there was if my father needed a little bit more help than they could give him, they wanted him to move directly to skilled care, which I find ridiculous. If you can do a lot on your own, then it is a nice place. But if you need more assistance, they don’t provide it. They didn’t have the care that my father needed. The apartment at Garden Villas South was probably the most beautiful room I have ever seen. The smallest apartment they had was probably 600 square feet. It had a big kitchen, a bedroom, an attached living room. They had a porch out the back door. They had a very big bathroom with a shower. It was very large. We had a meal during our visit and it was fabulous. It is the nicest place I have ever been in, but only because the staffing level was too low, that’s why I did not give them a perfect rating.

My mom was here for 2 months. It’s a big complex. I think there are 15 patients to 1 assistant, and that’s really a drawback they had. The rooms were nice; the one I was looking at was a double room, and they had it shared with somebody else. It was a small one, and my mom disrupted the other lady, so that wasn’t a good idea. The staff treated me fine, but I found that my mom was sitting in the dining room for over 3 hours, and there was nobody in there after dinner; they were not very attentive. They do offer a lot. They’ve brought in a preacher for Sunday class. They had a lady who came in and played the piano and organ. They had some games. The food was real good; it was gourmet-type food. They had a lot of fish; I’ve never had chicken salad with raisins in it, but a lot of the residents didn’t eat it.

My sister is here and she is very happy in that facility. We liked it because it has both assisted living and independent living. And also if she is going to need a nursing home, they have it there. The transition of care would be on the same flow. The facility is nice and clean. The staff to patient ratio is good and she likes the staff as well as the other residents. She also likes the activities that they offer. I was able to eat there and the food was very good. My sister has been really happy with the food.
