My mom has moved into St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care. The place is clean. The staff seems pretty friendly. The rooms are adequate. Plus, it's close to my home. That's one determining factor. And the price is reasonable. They supply a refrigerator and a microwave. There's no cooking in the room or anything. They've done everything we've asked and have answered all our questions. So far, they've been really good. The staff members have all been friendly and willing to help. Nobody said no to any requests. When I asked for help for my mom, they gave her the help she needed. So far, so good. The food looks decent. It looks better than the last place she was in. They have activities. They put a little calendar out, but I hadn't had a chance to look at it. They have a patio with a little bit of garden.

I toured St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care. It was like you can smell old people there and it doesn't seem like they have enough staff for the number of residents. We went to look at the rooms. They were great. They were nice. I just don't know about having that bathroom. I thought the idea of not having a bathroom in memory care would have been better or more beneficial, but they had a shower in there and I'm just afraid that with the memory thing, they can go out and turn it on and maybe slip and slide there. The person who let us around was friendly.

My mother is at St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care. It's been good. It's still relatively new. They've been attentive. They meet my mother's needs. The food is good, too. They had Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and assorted desserts. They had a wonderful pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving. They had shredded pork loin yesterday. They had Brussels sprouts. For breakfast, they have sausage, bacon, and eggs or oatmeal. For activities, they have a separate movie room, and they have movies three days a week. They've taken residents to shop over at Target if they want to. My mom's mental status has declined quite rapidly, so she's not participating in activities, but they encourage the residents to come to the first level and hang out there. They have a game room where you go and read, play games, and do puzzles.

My dad moved into St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care in November. The facility is very clean. It's like an old hotel. It does have an outdoor area, but we haven't used it because it's been too cold. It's in the city and it has a dedicated outdoor space, but the inside facility is very nice. The staff has been very nice and very accommodating. They have movie nights and some recreational time. The dining area is very nice, and he likes their food, so far.

The tour at St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care was good. The location was great. The rooms felt like a hotel because it used to be a hotel. They were nice, but small. The staff was great and very nice. The food was not that great compared to other places.

St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care seemed like a nice facility. I liked some of the amenities there. The people there always seemed to be nice. If the person's not on hospice, you have to supply the bed and TV. They had their own small refrigerator and microwave. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable. The facility was a seven-story tall building. They said it used to be a hotel with elevators. They offered threee meals a day. They had an outdoor space.

My mom is in St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care. It has been very good. The staff there are very caring. It's well staffed and very friendly. She had a real hard time adjusting at first, and they were very patient with her. They really helped her through it. Now she is involved in more activities. I think she's doing well. I go once a week and spend a couple of hours with her. We have lunch, and it's good. She enjoys it. They play bingo twice a week, and she really enjoys that. They keep them pretty busy. They have outside trips. She hasn't participated in any of that yet, but they do that at least twice a week. They have some music. They have chair exercises that they do every day. It's very clean. They've been doing some renovations. They have a nice little outdoor patio. I really don't have any complaints at all. They have a minister that comes every other week, and she really enjoys that.

My mom is at St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care. The place is excellent. The staff is very helpful and very caring. They were patient with us and made sure that my mother felt comfortable in her transition. So we were worried about that, but we didn't have to worry about that with them. They made her feel comfortable and they made us feel comfortable and the workers are happy people. The food is also excellent. We've only been there for a couple of weeks, but every time we've popped by to visit our mother we never notice any problem. Everything is just like, advertised, you know, a lot of the other places you pop in, they say they got activity and different stuff. And if you pop in, you don't see it. But at this one, you can pop in any time and see that the seniors are actively doing what they want. If my mother wants to sit in the chair, she sits in the chair, If she wants to do puzzles, they let them do what they want to do. What's amazing about it is it's the most affordable facility we looked at. So affordability is good.

I like that the St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care facility was so bright, there were lots of windows. The facility was clean, the staff was very friendly and I saw a lot of activity. The residents that were there that I saw appeared to be happy, they were friendly as we were walking through the halls, which says a lot. The staff who gave the tour was very informative, friendly, and empathetic with what was going on with me and my family. The cleanliness and everything were great. My only concern is that it's an older building and it's like seven floors, with elderly, that was my only concern. But they were able to go over emergency evacuation plans with me, which made me much more comfortable with that. The rooms had a refrigerator and a microwave.

The tour I had of St. Louis Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care was very nice, and the staff was very nice, very thorough, and very forthcoming. The rooms seemed to be on the small side. The atmosphere seemed nice. The dining area was nice. It was surrounded by a lot of other buildings, and it's on a busy street. It's a city atmosphere.
