My mother has moved into The Boulevard Senior Living. It's nice there. It's clean, and it's easy to get to. There's not much traffic. The staff is extremely friendly. The food could be better, but everything else is really nice. She's in a studio apartment. It has a great kitchen, a bathroom, a nice little living area, and a beautiful bonus of a balcony. She can go out on her balcony with some furniture and look out on the courtyard. It's really nice. Maintenance and upkeep have been good. They're very helpful. They have anything you could think of: a swimming pool, exercise instructor, physical therapy instructor, and movie night. They play cards. They have a band in the daytime some days. They have a lot of activities. They even have somebody that will take you places on certain days of the week, if you need to go somewhere (like the doctor or the grocery store). We really don't use the outdoors because she has a balcony. We go right out on her balcony. We have two chairs out there and a table. The dining area is really nice, but the food is not. I think they're having some staffing issues just like every other food place right now.

The Boulevard Senior Living had a very clean environment. It was very pleasant. The people were very nice. The residents looked happy. They were in the middle of an activity when I visited, and they were all smiling. One group was doing balloon volleyball. And then, in another room, there was a group of them doing a word game. They were having fun with that. The dining area was nice. It was set up with tables that could seat four at a time. The staff spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions honestly. I was impressed.

My first impression of The Boulevard Senior Living was that it was dark. The apartments were OK and I was not impressed with the staff. We had an appointment and he walked right by us and didn't say a word to us. Then he came back later and he apologized, but he should have said something to us the first time he saw us. They had a lunchroom and a restaurant dining. The food was OK. They had a swimming pool, gardening, physical therapy, a theater, and places to play cards and put puzzles together.

I will be moving in at The Boulevard Senior Living next month. It was bright and cheery, and the staff was very nice and positive. I liked the premises and all the amenities that they offered. The apartment had all the amenities that I needed like a washer and dryer, but I would have preferred a larger living room area. They had a courtyard, transportation, and a swimming pool. Meals and housekeeping were included. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very congenial and knowledgeable, and he did a good job.

We toured The Boulevard Senior Living. It was a very nice facility, and the people were nice. The room that they showed us was very nice. If it was in our price range, it would certainly be something we would consider. The only person I met was one of the administrators, and he was very nice and very helpful. The kitchen facility was very nice. They showed us a menu and it had several nice options. They had an exercise area with several pieces of equipment, light dumbbells, cables, and cardio machines. They also had a very nice swimming pool.

I went to The Boulevard Senior Living on an early Saturday morning. I met with a gentleman, and we just kind of chatted a little bit. Some of the residents were already in the breakfast room. The facility was very nice. We went to the different levels. It was clean, and there was no odor. It was just a quaint facility. It was much bigger than I thought it was.

The staff at Boulevard Senior Living was friendly and professional. Their facilities were pretty new and they were all quite nice. The apartments were moderately large and adequate. There were a few dining areas and they looked fine. I liked that some of the units had access to courtyard/outside areas. That was nice.

I thought the staff members of The Boulevard Senior Living were nice, but they were kind of cold. The rooms were a little smaller but were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful, too. The downfall was its multi-levels, so it would be too hard for people with rollators, walkers, or wheelchairs to go up and down. Everything looked nice outside the windows though. They sit up kind of on a hill and had a different entrance for assisted living. It was quaint and nice. They had their own little parking lot and it's just a beautiful, new, modern place.

The Boulevard Senior Living Of St. Charles is a very new facility. Everything's new. It's very large but very clean. However, they are not veterans licensed home. The staff who showed us around were fine; they were very attentive. They have everything from game rooms to meeting rooms, lounges, and exercise rooms. They have everything. They had quite a few activities.

My dad moved into The Boulevard Senior Living. We chose this place because of availability, but the biggest reason was it's a great community, and their memory care program is outstanding. What I liked best was cleanliness, and the apartment he's living in, we brought his own items so he has his own furniture. So it does not feel institutional in the least. The staff is excellent, they're extremely friendly, very caring, and attentive. In terms of the meals, he's not over the moon but it's a very balanced diet. I think he's healthier because it's such a good diet, and he's not complaining about the food. It's very homey, it doesn't feel institutional, and the rooms and the facility itself are fairly new. It's very nice. There are a lot of activities keeping them active and he participates in almost everything if he has ono visitors that he entertains in his room or his apartment. They bring in musicians, they have sing-alongs, they have sports and craft activities, movies, they play cards, and they have memory-type activities like puzzles.

I liked the area where The Boulevard Senior Living was. It was a little off the beaten path. So, it was nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly. They had activities, like when I was there, they were doing some activity in the kitchen with the residents. The place was also clean.

Our experience with The Boulevard Senior Living was very good. The staff during the tour was very informative. The facility was very nice. It's close to highway 370. It's easy to access, and it's not far from highway 70 either. It's a good location. The rooms were very nice and roomy. It would be nice for anyone. The staff was friendly and very helpful, answering the questions that we had. The dining area was very nice and very well set up. They gave us books on dementia and all kinds of reading materials. They had a swimming pool, and the grounds were very nice.

I went to look at The Boulevard Senior Living for assisted living. Everything is perfect, except the price was way out of my mom's price range. It's beautiful because it's new. They had a camera system in the rooms that could detect a fall. It can detect the body heat, so the camera would know if the movement of the body went down on the floor. They had a little cafe that you could go get food anytime you wanted. They had a movie theater. The rooms were beautiful and had a nice size refrigerator. Some of them had a full kitchen. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I did a tour of The Boulevard Senior Living. The community is really good. They have a friendly atmosphere, and the place is not too old; it's brand new. They are only four years old, and have up-to-date, modern equipment. It's just what my wife needs. She has got a trainer there to help her walk better and everything. They have three meals a day. If she not able to make it down to get dinner, they have someone to bring a meal to the room; I really appreciate that. The apartment is very spacious, and the bathroom is handicap-accessible, and I like that also. The kitchen is large enough to get around in; it's very modern and up to date. The staff person was very friendly. He knew what he was talking about, and he had experience in what he was doing. He helped us a lot and showed us all the rooms where you can have private parties and bring your family to have birthday parties. He was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. We walked around the whole place. The food and the dining area were great. The meal we had was terrific. They cook to please you. If you have a special recipe, they cook it for you. If you want something special, they cook it for you. You just don't have to eat what they cook; they cook it and bring it to you.

We went to The Boulevard Senior Living of St Charles. The apartments were beautiful. We liked the common areas. Everything was just beautiful. We liked the dining arrangements, and just the sense of community there. The staff was great. He's very, very personable and very knowledgeable. He really tried to make an effort to get to know my mom and what she was interested in. He tried to mention things that she might want to get involved with to help make her part of the community there. It was great. He had a great sense of humor and was funny. The rooms were spacious. This is a new facility, so everything is updated. We like the option of going in and eating whenever she is ready to eat and not set times. We like that they didn't have assigned seating for meals. She just sat with whoever she wanted to. It was very, very flexible and attractive. It just looks nice. I also liked the cafe area across from the dining area that was open all the time. The residents could just go in and grab a snack, coffee, or whatever they wanted at any time. That was very nice too. They had a couple library areas, and my mom's a big reader. They had kind of a big theater, so they could play movies. They could also offer Catholic masses there as well. My mom attended Catholic Mass, so it's a big plus. They had a game room. There was also a room that the residents could schedule to have for themselves to have their family over for a private little party right there with a full kitchen. If it was a birthday party or something, they could cook and have their family event right there at the facility. There wasn't an extra expense for that, but they could reserve it for their own use. That was a big thing.

My father has moved into The Boulevard Senior Living. They had the better benefits for him, and they were willing to reach out further than the other communities. The staff was very helpful, very professional, and friendly. From what I've seen, it's very neat and orderly. The staff is very caring. Any questions, they address immediately. It's not in the middle of a bustling area, which is kind of a good thing. They are right on the edge of a light-industrial area. I like the way that the menu isn't just a carbon copy where it gets repeated. It looks like a regular restaurant menu. They actually prepared two dinners, one for me and one for Dad, and delivered them to our house so he would have the sampling. They have activities but my dad is very much of a keep to himself sort of person. He hasn't really opened up yet.

We've looked at The Boulevard Senior Living in St. Charles. We toured their independent living and it was good. The staff was good too. We liked the place. Just like all the other ones that we looked at, they were comparable. The apartments were nice. It has things that we were looking for in independent living. The staff was helpful, they knew what we were looking for and they were very helpful at providing all the information we needed. We didn't dine but we saw the restaurant and it was nice.

The staff at The Boulevard Senior Living spent a lot more time on the tour as far as explaining things. Everyone we met was really nice. It was a great, clean facility. It's not brand new, but it's fairly new. It's about four years old. The room size was enormous. What we really liked about the memory care was they had what they called the A.I. (artificial intelligence) in the room. It was a box that hung up in a corner in a room and covered the whole room. It could tell us if she had fallen, if she was fidgety, or a lot of movement in bed. They could tell and automatically send out a signal to staff members, the nurses, and the assistants. They could get right to the room, and they were the only one out of all of them we looked at yesterday that had that.

My aunt is gonna be moving into The Boulevard Senior Living. I took my aunt there last Sunday and we did a full tour and she decided to go ahead and put a down payment on the apartment. It was great. I had several telephone conversations with the person there that helps place people. She was great and took all of the details and the consideration as far as what my aunt's needs were and help me find what she thought was the best level of care, the best available room, and set everything up with me. When we went over in person, she did the tour herself and it was great. It was a really good experience. We saw the eating area, but we just looked at the menu on the website and it's good. My aunt is looking forward to having three good meals a day. They have a physical therapy sort of exercise area, a pool, a spa where you can take baths and whatnot, a beauty salon where you can get your hair done and cut and also they can do your nails, and the restaurant dining. They have planned trips to shop and transportation to doctors' appointments and things like that. There are activities like crafts and I've seen photographs on their Facebook page, and they have ice cream socials, snacks, birthday parties, anniversary parties, and things like that. As far as Covid goes, everything seems to be open. They require masks, but other than that, everybody's able to visit. It's a pretty new facility, so everything's very new, clean, and very well kept, and the staff seemed very friendly. I love the attitude of the person that gave us the tour and what she says about the staff, which is good.

The Boulevards Senior Living is beautiful and wonderful. We just haven't made any final decisions yet. I liked the cleanliness, and the associates were very helpful. The facility was beautiful, as far as a home for people to live in or stay in as needed. So it was good, and it was a really good experience.

My mother lived in The Boulevard Assisted Living for two years. I cannot recommend it to anyone. There are a few great employees in this community, however most of the employees we encountered were unhappy, inexperienced, and lacked compassion. It looks great in a tour, large rooms, newer facility. But I encourage you to ask residents if they are happy with the staff. Activities are very inconsistent. The chef has changed several times over the last few months. The food lacks variety and nutritional value. The Facility Director is unethical and overcharged us for my mothers care. He increased her care costs by 27% without notifying my family. There are too many Assisted Living options in St Charles, do not let someone you love live in this unhappy environment.

The Boulevard Senior Living is very good. They mostly play cards, but they have other things like pool and billiards but there's never anybody who showed up. They also have volleyball, they have a swimming pool but it's closed because of the heater being broken. It's very nice and upscale more than the others. They're having some problems with the dining room right now, but I think they're working on that. The staff is very very nice. They have an activities sheet but we weren't able to go. I think these places are ridiculously priced, they're all too high. Some of the food is very very good and some things aren't quite as good.

I visited both independent and assisted living facilities at The Boulevard Senior Living. The staff was friendly. The place was very clean and relatively new, but they had separate wings for independent living and assisted living. It felt a little more institutional than the other place we visited. They had a pool, hot tub, pool table, and a recreation room.

I went to The Boulevard Senior Living. They had a couple of model places we looked at. I did not get a chance to sample the food. It's a newer facility, the ceilings are a little higher than the other place I saw, the units are a little bit larger, and there's more to select from. It was clean.

My mom has been staying at The Boulevard in St. Charles for a month and a half now, and it's not very good. They're not taking care of my mom. She had to go to the hospital two times since she's been living there because they're not giving her medicine and vitamins. They're not bathing her, they're not cleaning her apartment like they're supposed to, and I can go on and on about it. The food is not very good; she says it's the same thing every day. The rooms are semi-clean. They're supposed to clean them once a week, but from what I saw, they haven't cleaned it since she's been there. They have a cafeteria. They have different activities, but they don't do those since Covid is going on.

The Boulevard Senior Living at St. Charles is very nice, but a little expensive, and out of our price range. What I like most is its appearance. It was peaceful and very clean. I love the apartments, but it was just way too expensive. It's in a nice location, we can access the highway easily. The outdoor areas are very nice and peaceful. It's an excellent community, it has security, it's very nice, and I would recommend them to anybody. Access to getting to things is easy in there.

My sister in law told us that someone she knew was at The Boulevard and their family absolutely loves it. When we first contacted them for a tour, they were very inviting, and we felt like this place immediately was more family oriented and it would be nice than a “cottage” type of living. He would have his own room. He would be able to eat at a dinner table like dining at a restaurant instead of hoarding everyone to the same table at a specified time. It was decided that we would move dad to The Boulevard. Gina A. was our first contact. She is the Senior Living Director and welcomed us with sincere empathy. She knew what a big decision this was. She set up a consultation to evaluate dad to see exactly what his needs would be and if The Boulevard would be a good fit for him. She promised us that if the other representative couldn’t make it for any reason, she would come herself. She understood our time is valuable and so is our dad. We made the move with ease. Dad did a complete 180 after being here for only a few short days. It ended up being less expensive as well. They had an Influenza A outbreak shortly after being moved in and they limited visits and cautioned visitors. I made a call to see how long they thought the limitations would be in place. I was transferred to a gentleman by the name of Troy. He was very helpful and sounded like a regular employee who also knew a lot about my dad. After he addressed my questions about the time frame, he asked me if I had time for a few questions about my dad. Imagine my surprise and complete delight when he asked specific questions about my dads’ thickener and drinks he may like. He informed me the staff was working diligently to make it just right for him as every patient is different. I was flabbergasted the next couple days over a family dinner to find out that Troy, was in fact Troy G., The Executive Director at The Boulevard. We felt like we made the right choice. Dad is enjoying his new place and that makes us all happy. He has been making friends, going to activities and raving about the food. This is something, in our opinion, that our father and an 88-yr. old Veteran of the Korean War deserves. My siblings and I feel like we are visiting him at “his” home and not “A’ home. The employees seem to be happy to work there. They visibly take pride in their care of the residents. We would recommend this place to anyone. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BOULEVARD!!!

The Boulevard Senior Living was wonderful. It was very clean and looked more like an apartment community rather than an institution or a nursing home. I really like all the activities that they do with the regular assisted living and the memory care. It was a really good community. We're going back next Tuesday to try a meal there. They have physical therapy and all the activities. But in this place, I was really able to see the residents doing activities, and I saw the memory care people were actually cooking a meal and doing the meals. I was able to see a lot of stuff.

The Boulevard was my favorite but it was too expensive. It was brand new and super clean. The technology that they had in their rooms was just outstanding. They had cameras so you could see movement in the room to make sure your loved one is up and about. It was a brand new construction and just a beautiful place. There were lots of accommodations, and they had an indoor swimming pool, which is what my mom wanted, but they're so expensive.

My grandparents are staying at The Boulevard Senior Living. There are some good people and some horrible people that take care of him. We've asked them to help my grandfather shave three times a week, and we're lucky if we get it once a week. The director has been very rude to us a couple of times. We're not that happy. Their room is nice, bright, and has lots of windows, but they don't clean it very often. The food is well rounded with fruit, vegetables, meat, and starch. When I'm there, I take them to the assisted living side because they have tons of menu items. On the memory care side, they only have two items and they're not near as good. They have a bunch of activities, but they never go. The courtyard and the common areas are nice.

The Boulevard was great. It's new, and that's very good. I was impressed with it, and I would have my parents move in today if I could. I went there twice, the staff was very good both times, explained a lot of what they have, showed us stuff, and explained the differences from other assisted living places. They seemed to get what was needed for assistance and for memory care.

Boulevard Senior Living seems to have everything, and it's in a good location. The people were very friendly and it has very pleasant surroundings. The only problem was that the rooms were pretty small compared to the other places. They have a sunny pool and a lot of activities geared toward health. Like I have Parkinson's and they have people come in to talk about that and they do exercises for that illness. Overall, I liked that community a lot and would give them a high rating. Everything was very clean and the people include you in thingss. The woman that showed me around was very professional, and she sat down with us before we got the tour to find out about me and my needs. She also told me which floor would be the best since I have dogs.

We went on a tour at The Boulevard, and the place was beautiful. The apartment they showed me was very nice, I was surprised that there's a dishwasher because that's the first I've seen in any senior apartment. The first floor apartments had patios which would be very nice for the dogs. The food there was also very good, and the employees I saw were very friendly and helpful. There's something going on every hour of the day every day, the activities are pretty much the same that other places have.

We have chosen The Boulevard Senior Living for my mother-in-law. It's okay, and it's good. It's very clean, they have outgoing community services, games, and movie nights. They have a gourmet restaurant, they serve three meals a day, and they provide transportation. However, you have to be on guard, because my mother-in-law lost her watch and glasses there.

My aunt has moved into The Boulevard Senior Living. It is brand new and in a good location but expensive. Everything seems to be well taken care of, and so far, we really like it. I like the staff. Everybody seems to be super good. They're very nice, easy to work with, very informative, and very cooperative. They seem to be taking good care of my relative. They're good at communicating and keeping me informed about anything that goes on. She seems to like the food.

The Boulevard Senior Living was brand new. When he was transferred from assisted living to the memory care, he was the only resident in the memory care side, so he had 24/7 supervision. Their staff members were the best people in the world. Their service was fantastic. They stuck with my father-in-law, understood his situation, and supported us. They were excellent. The food was absolutely excellent. They have activities seven days a week, from 9:00 in the morning until 7:00 at night. It was the best priced of all of the five places we visited. I can't speak highly enough about it.

The Boulevard Senior Living is only three months old and was like a 5-star hotel, but it would never fit in our budget. It would be $4,000 to start. She needed some additional assistance, so everything was going to be $5,000 or $6,000 a month and that was definitely not going to work. The place was very nice, and the room had a full kitchen. The staff was good, very friendly, and very nice. It was a good visit.

We're very pleased with The Boulevard. They have exercise programs, a swimming pool for therapy, a snack bar where they can pick up a snack any time they want, and a 12-hour dining room available. The staff is friendly.

The Boulevard is a nice place and we enjoy living here. It's a great place because they have all kinds of activities, the food is good, there's bus transportation when it's needed, and it's fairly close to the hospital. They have studios, 1-bedrooms, and 2-bedroom apartments. The cleaning ladies come once a week and they pick up your trash every night.

The Boulevard Senior Living is going to be open in October. The people were really wonderful there, and I think it would have been really nice. It’s brand new, and they offer everything. It’s 3 meals a day, and you could eat anytime you want. You had your own laundry. They have a swimming pool and workout rooms, and it is gradual care which we really like.
