My mom is at The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village. She has been there less than a week now. I like that the people are engaging with each other and not just sitting around doing nothing. A lot going on and everybody is having a good time and stuff. The staff members are very good and very efficient. The food is very good. They serve three meals a day. With regard to activities, there are a lot of different things. They do bingo and this is fun for most people. They do a power walk around the building. They have a church service. They have patios, so you can go outside.

The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village couldn't give me much of a tour. The person that was in charge was in a meeting, and they didn't even know about the appointment. What I liked least was the price. Their cheapest was $3000 a month. The staff during the tour was all right. I had a lady that was in charge of the activities. They found me a brochure, explained some of the amenities and stuff, and showed me a room that I can afford. The place looked nice and clean. It was a pretty nice building. It was pretty laid back and there was a bunch of old people sitting around. When you walk in, the dining area was right there. It had tables and chairs, it was well-lit, and it had a lot of windows. The courtyard didn't look very big. The room was just one small room with a big walk-in closet and a big walk-in shower and bathroom. It just had one piece of furniture that could hold a TV, a microwave, and a little dresser built into it.

We liked the atmosphere at The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village. We felt like the staff was attentive and detailed. The place was very clean and very friendly. The room was very spacious. Although I think the dining area needs a little updating. It's good in its appearance and it's clean, but it just had an older feel to it. They have a list of daily activities, including bingo, church services, Bible study, exercises, day trips, and a lot more.

The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village was a very nice place. It was very clean and the residents seemed to be happy, I didn't find any fault with it. The rooms were a little small for the studios, but other than that, it was a very nice place. We saw some activities, people that were dining, and we saw some people just resting. They also showed us the gathering rooms, a small event room, and the outdoors were well kept.

Strongly feel that this is a not a decent facility, especilly if your loved one has any form of dementia, mild or otherwise. We experienced issues with everything from not getting the care we were paying for, med dispensing issues, cleanliness issues, rude staff, horrible food. Our loved one lost a great deal of weight the first month and a half. I could list detail after detail, but I just pray that families find a differnt home for their senior. We documented in writing and with photos every issue we had.

The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village was a beautiful facility. The rooms were spacious. We were surprised by the pricing and the amount of space they were providing. They had a microwave in the room. The staff was very informative and friendly. They had some areas outside for residents to sit. They had an activities area and a lady doing some activities for some of the residents there. They had all types of activities for the residents.

We just moved my parents into the Bungalows and I could not be happier with how smoothly the transition was for them. Mary has been a joy to work with, from her energy and enthusiasm to her knowledge of what I needed to provide as far as paperwork goes. Plus, she’s a hoot, to boot! The entire staff has gone out of their way to make us all feel welcome, including me and my wife as we’ve been getting their apartment all set up with the comforts of home. It makes for a great peace of mind to know that they’re well cared for as they enjoy their twilight years.

The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village was very clean and had an open floor plan. The community spaces were inviting and when we were there, they were in the process of starting some games for everybody to come and join in. The lady who assisted me was really welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. She was wonderful. The dining area was very laid out for you to be able to sit in your own space or sit with friends. So, it had options and it felt like home. It was also by far the cleanest facility that I've seen.

The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village was a nice place. You have to have somebody to let you in from one door to the other door, so I liked the security of the place. Their dining area was nice, but the studio I saw was a little smaller. The lady who toured me was very nice and she enjoyed what she was doing. The facility was a very clean and upscale type place. To me, everything was very comfortable.

My mom has been here for one month now. They provide meals, laundry service, bath aides, and medication management. They have bingo games, bridge, Wii bowling, and have people that come in and sing. They have trips to the Dollar Store and WalMart once in a while, and offer transportation to doctors. You bring your own furniture into the room, so it makes the room feel more like home. We prefer it that way. They provide a small refrigerator and microwave, basic cable service, and Wi-Fi. My mom goes to bingo, meals, church services, and an exercise class.
