I recently visited the facility to have dinner with my aunt. She seems to be very happy with her new living situation. The people are nice and friendly. We encountered a lot of staff as we walked through the building and everyone spoke with a smile on thier faces. The dining room has some very beautiful art work. It was so lively! There are inspirational messages as well as very vibrant flower pictures. The tables were very neat and we simply loves the wrapped silverware. The food was great. It was very flavorful and hot. The dessert was homemade and we just couldnt believe it. They care alot at this facility and it shows throughout.

Richmond Terrace is a very nice facility; we had no complaints at all. The staff was very nice, and the person who gave the tour was very nice and helpful. The price was OK. It's just a little bit out of my mother's budget, but it was a nice facility. We were very satisfied with that facility too. They were doing exercises; they had a little exercise class and that was nice. The dining area was really nice. They were setting up for lunch, so we didn't get a chance to try the food. They offered a salon, and everything was really nice. They offered outings, too, which was really cool, and they have a theme each month, which I thought was nice.

Richmond Terrace was smaller than some of the places I've seen in the past. I think they said they only have about 80 residents. They have a nice outdoor space, like a courtyard, and then each room on the first or second floor has either a patio or a balcony. I spoke to a couple of residents who said the food was very good too. All the staff that I met was very nice, very capable, and very knowledgeable. They all knew everybody's name. If somebody was going down the hall, they would say hi to them with their names, so they know the people there. The building was very clean and very orderly. too.

My sister is going to be staying at Richmond Terrace. The place is amazing and Tracy is just phenomenal. She was so friendly and helpful in trying to get my sister a place on short notice. The facility where my sister lives now is going to be closed, so I had to find someplace fast. Tracy said that when COVID is not in, I can go and eat with my sister, but right now I can't. The facility was also very clean and very well maintained. My sister doesn't have that much income, so they will take her Social Security, which is very good for us. During COVID, they have a lot of in house activities, but after COVID, they do Tuesdays outings where they take them places, so they seem to do a lot for the residents to keep them engaged.

The staff at Richmond Terrace Senior Living was very friendly. They have little bird houses and aquariums indoors as well as games and puzzles. Their rooms looked a little run down, like they needed paint. Overall, it didn’t looked like it was in stable physical shape.

We were there for lunch, and the food was very good and warm. The dining room was very bright and cheerful, and it had natural light. The people were very friendly, welcoming, and very conversive to strangers. They said hello if they went by and said that they like living there, and it seemed like a nice, warm, homey atmosphere. Richmond Terrace had a lot of green space, and it was nice because it was kind of built into a hill and you could walk out and be on ground. The place was really clean.

Richmond Terrace had a bed when my wife fell and broke her hip. It had what my wife needed and she had good service though she died. I stayed there for a while and now I'm looking for something commensurate to what I need as opposed to what she needed. The staff is 90 percent fine, hardworking, caring and considerate. There are some few people just doing the job but most of them are really good.

We moved my mother about three weeks ago to Richmond Terrace and she seems happy there. We chose this facility because of finances. They were, I guess, in the middle of the road in terms of the cost and they were willing to work with us in terms of her moving in and still having to see the condo. So they were very flexible with us. It has all levels of care within the system that is necessary in the building that she is in. Once you need to upgrade to a nursing care they have that facility as part of their community and I like that aspect of it. The people were extremely friendly and the place was very pleasant. It's very bright. I liked it a lot. The staff has been very helpful. My mother has commented several times that the people and the staff had been nice. She fell one time and they were extremely attentive. I think it has been a good fit for her. She is in a companion suite wherein she has her own private bedroom and bathroom, but she shares a small living room and kitchenette with another woman who also has another bedroom and bathroom. I have not eaten there but my sister has and she said that the food was good. They have activities like playing bingo and Wii games. They also have exercise and arts and crafts too. They also have a bus that picks them up for outings and to the grocery stores.
