My grandmother loved Autumn Ridge. The staff was phenomenal. The building was rundown and a little older, but the rooms were big and their activities were amazing. The food was wonderful, too. It was definitely home for her because the staff all knew her. They called her grandma, too, and she did not want to leave. It was a very beautiful place. Their amenities were wonderful. They had painting classes, bingo, Rummikub, clubs, all kinds of group activities, and trivia. They took the buses and went to the stores, local community events, and church. They brought church in, and they also had a personal driver who would take the residents to doctors' appointments and anything else that they would need or shop for them. The dining area was wonderful, very spacious, and that's where they hold a lot of their events. They're undercharging for what you get there.

I toured Autumn Ridge Residences and it was OK. The place was nice and clean, and the staff was excellent. I really wasn't too pleased with this facility because they had some strange rules about the top floor being for independent living and the first and second floors were for assisted living, but they did not allow walkers on the second floor, and that was odd to me. But they allowed it on the first and third floor. I think it was built more for independent living than assisted living.

We visited Autumn Ridge Residences. What we liked about it is that the cost was in our budget (under $3500) and that the facility was nice, clean, well maintained, and the staff was very friendly. They have a lot of inclusive services, even taking them to the doctor (even if my mother had to go all the way to St. Louis, they would take her) as part of the cost. WI-fi and cable were included and all the meals. It pretty much got everything that you needed, except for haircuts and her own personal care items. It had a kitchenette in it, which we liked. It had a decent amount of space. It was a little over 400 square feet, where some of them are pretty tiny (like 240 square feet like a hotel). The studio size was decent and the price was OK. At the end of the day, we liked it. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and it sounds like they will continue to be accommodating. The person who was giving us the tour said that they regularly get high marks for the food. It's not as nice as some places, but it's not bad. They take good care of it. It's a little bit older than some of the newer places we looked at or the recently remodeled places. I like the idea that there is independent living in the building, that's another positive because there will be people that my mom can interact with. It's not perfect. There's room for improvement, but it's pretty good.

I have lived here five years. The facility inside and out is very well maintained. The Staff is helpful and always has time to answer any questions. The food is excellent and requests for a change are accommodated if possible. There all kind of activities available. There are trips to local stores on a regular basis. I would definitely give the facility a five star rating.

Autumn Ridge Residential Care and Senior Living was very nice and very well kept. They had one price that included everything, whether you need it or not. When I went there, they didn?t know I was coming, so that may be something they could improve on.

My mother has lived at Autumn Ridge for about 11 years, and I think she really liked the people and the facility. They have an exercise room, dining room, activities, and yoga instructor that comes in and works with the elderly residents there. It really has worked out really well. The only downside from my perspective is it’s a little bit further away from myself and my brother to go visit her regularly, but as far as the care that she is getting and her happiness with the area, it’s been wonderful. The only problem that I noticed some times is they do sometimes have a high turnover with their staff, but it’s probably more from the standpoint that just like any senior facility, you do have a high turnover in that area, but their director has been there for quite some time.

Autumn Ridge Residential Care and Senior Living was convenient for me. They had a lot of activities and trips to Target and doctors' appointments. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was wonderful. I tried their food twice, and it was very good. The dining room was very welcoming, very homey, and very clean. It's like a cruise ship. We had recommended this place to other people.

Autumn Ridge is in town where we have friends. I like that it is a very tidy and clean place. The people in town think highly of it too. I had one meal there, and it is fairly good food. The rooms looked very nice, and I think it is somewhat big. It has two bedrooms and a little kitchenette. The staff was very friendly as well.

My aunt is in Autumn Ridge and we love the place. They have great food and great housekeeping. They come to her room two or three times a day and watch her. It is the right place for her and I would highly recommend Autumn Ridge.
