This is a lovely facility. The staff is very nice to my mom. Emily is always available to answer questions or address a concern. She works very hard to help all residents and family. Lucy is very helpful with any medical questions . She shows real compassion for my mom, which gives my family peace of mind. My mother really likes the food, there is a nice variety. The cooking/dining staff is very nice and thoughtful. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

We got my mother into Pine Valley Assisted Living. It's got a smaller community, so she won't be overwhelmed with people. The rooms looked nice. Everybody there's been nice. We enjoyed the facility a lot. They have a lot of stuff. They're gonna have a cookout on Thursday for the Cardinals home opener. They've got all sorts of craft things to do.

What I liked best about Pine Valley Assisted Living is it's a newer facility. I liked the staff and how they interacted with the people when I was there. I also very much liked their pricing. It's reasonable. It was a good location and a very clean facility. I loved the person that gave me the tour. They have everything I'm looking for, for my mom, including cognitive programs and other activities to keep seniors engaged. I liked the areas that they had set up for that.

This place is very pretty and the decor is modern. Emily the social worker is amazing. She addresses concerns and needs if not immediately, ASAP. The nursing staff, especially Beth-are very carrying and treat my mom as family. When medical attention is needed they will take care of it, quickly. The food is good and plentiful according to my mom.If I have to mention anything that needs improvement it would be the floors in the residents room could be a little cleaner. Everything else is kept nice. I highly recommend this facility.

My father moved into Pine Valley Assisted Living last week. I guess it's okay, it's a nice place to visit, and the staff is very friendly. The facility is nice, kept up well, and modern. They're small but it's okay. My dad's not the active type. He socializes and he'll talk, but he's not interested in activities. He hasn't complained about the food yet, so I guess it must be edible. I think they have movie nights and I saw on his dresser that if he wanted to go out to eat, they could take them to a restaurant in St. Louis. They could take the residents out to eat and do stuff if they want. They have doctors but not on staff. I guess they come in once a month or I have no idea what their schedule is. I still need to talk to their doctor to find out what my dad's taking or what he can take to make his life more comfortable. It's a nice neighborhood and everything, although it's unfortunate that somebody has to go in there when you cannot take care of them yourself. I still have to wait and see. It's only been a week so he may or may not like it there in a month from now or the care may not be all that great. We're just getting settled in.

We moved my mom from one assisted living community to Pine Valley. We were not happy with the other assisted living community. When I spoke to an adviser at Pine Valley, they thought that they would be able to help my mom out with the issues that she was having. They also had skilled nursing if she needed that, but they wanted to try her on assisted living. She has done great there. It's a small community. They're very caring. They just take care of her wonderfully. I have no complaints. They kind of treat everything they do as, "This is what we should be doing." It's not a question of "Can we do it?" It's not a question of, "Is this going to put her at additional cost?" It's none of that. "This is why you have her here, and this is what we should be doing." I'm really happy we have her there. She does have three meals in the dining room every day, and she seems to enjoy it very much. I ask her about it all the time. They kind of limit what you can do because of COVID. You really can't eat in the dining room with the residents. They're just being cautious, and I'm fine with that. If we want to bring other food and eat in another area of the community, we could. They really don't want us eating in the dining room right now. She seems to like it a lot. She does not participate in too many activities, but they have an ample amount that I see other residents participating in. It's not that they're not trying, it's just her choice not to. The fact that they have ample activities is a good thing. Pine Valley is just wonderful, and it's the place that she is happy in. She's thriving, and they are doing a great job of taking care of her.

My Aunt was resident at Pine Valley and it was amazing!! it's beautifully decorated and has a warm family atmosphere. The food is wonderful. Most importantly is the staff there, treat the residents like family members. Emily, the director, was fantastic to work with and made the transition from home life to facility life very easy. My Aunt loved it there. I highly recommend Pine Valley Assisted Living.
