I found a place for my mom, Meadowbrook Commons Senior Center. She got a one-bedroom apartment. It's secure, it's clean, it's in a great location, and it's reasonably priced. They have a lot of in-house types of activities that they offer and services like a salon, a podiatrist comes there, and they have a masseuse there. Her room is a good size. The staff, Misty, was very welcoming, very knowledgeable, and very personable. When we walked in, everything was very clean, furnished very nicely, and comfortable. They have knitting and crocheting a couple of days a week, they have a pool table, they have a card room, they have a movie room, they have a salon, and they coordinate trips within Michigan and outside Michigan. You can order Meals on Wheels but my mom cooks for herself. They take people 55 and older. They offer apartments, townhouses, and ranch homes.

I moved into the Meadowbrook Commons Senior Center last September. So far, I love it. The people are very friendly. They do have some activities, because of COVID they kind of reduced that part of it, but they do have a book group once every two months, which is fantastic. They have card games, you can play regular games, and there are three different types of exercises you can join. There are no meals, but the cost of the rent is very reasonable, and because of that, you can afford to even get your meals delivered to you. That's a plus in my opinion. We've had one program, the real talented residents, provided a show for us about a month ago, and there will be another show that they will provide in the coming weeks. And then from the Novi library, they're going to have a musician come into the place to provide us music. So there are a few things already that are very enjoyable. They're all very friendly, willing to help you when you have a question, and very, very nice. The cleanliness and the maintenance, I can't complain, they're good, very good. The cleanliness is excellent. You can go down the hallways or the apartments there and use three floors, but I've only been on the first floor. That's where I live and I don't see any papers scattered around. It's very, very neat, very clean.

Meadowbrook Commons is the one fitting our needs right now; we are on the waiting list. The pricing and everything is excellent. We’ve heard high recommendations from people who live there. They are solid. We dealt with Kaisy, a very professional, very attentive, and very helpful staff member. The food was very good.

Mom is on a waiting list at Meadowbrook Commons. My mother was sold on the place. She didn’t want to look further after that. It was clean, and everything was just great. The apartment was very nice, clean, and just had enough space. They have friendly staff, as well. The Novi Senior Center is off the lobby, so they have lots of activities for them. There is a knitting club, too.

The woman I talked to was also very nice. It looks like they have a lot of activities. It is really a beautiful and well kept facility.

Medowbrook is a wonderfull community, that cares for and watches over their residents! The staff is great seeing to everyone's needs. My Mother has lived there for 11 years and wants to go no where else. they have the senior lunches Monday - Friday and many activities each week. The place and grounds are spotless. It is a place you can be proud to say your parend is a resident. The managment is supper and always is keeping the residents in mind.
