The Heritage Assisted Living Community was a little older than the other place, but very nice, clean, and well-kept. The rooms were similar, but a little bit smaller, just a little more dated, but everything else was very similar. They have a large, nice dining room and activity room, a theater room, and seating areas. I only met with the marketing director. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us the tour.

We really liked The Heritage Assisted Living Community. It was nice and clean. The people seemed really nice. We just met the woman that was showing us around. There wasn't anything I didn't like about it. Everything was light, airy, and clean. The rooms were nice. The residents were all doing different activities at the time. They were making crafts, and some were playing horseshoes. They said they do bingo and other things, too. They had a really nice courtyard and there's a couple of ponds around it. They had a lot of different menus. They said if you didn't like what's on the menu they would make you something else.

The Heritage Assisted Living Community was beautiful, but it was big. I felt it will be overwhelming for my uncle because he's not very mobile. I was afraid he'd get confused. It was very nice and clean. The staff seemed fine. The rooms were clean and they're an appropriate size for what they need. I only saw the one room. They offered amenities, hair salon, and different activities. It's just so big for people that aren't very mobile; that was my big thing.

Heritage Assisted Living was a physically gorgeous building. It looks like an upscale hotel lobby when you walk in with a very nice dining room and lovely accouterments. They had a grand piano and a sunroom. It was nice. The rooms were wonderful. The smallest one was a studio apartment. It had a kitchenette, which included a refrigerator, a sink, and a countertop for plugging in a microwave. They also had beautiful big bathrooms. So, that was exceptional. The facility itself was fabulous. They have an exercise room, a hairdresser that comes in once a week, a spa, a recreation room, a library, and they even give residents two choices for menus. They also provide outings. They're not in full swing right now, probably because of COVID and staffing shortage, but they advertise that they take the residents to places and to the casino (which stands out to me). The place was very clean and very attractive.

My mother-in-law moved to Heritage Assisted Living. My impression about this place is that the staff was welcoming since you walked in the door. It is bright and has a homey feel. It's clean and neat. The staff and the residents themselves were welcoming and happy. I think she is very happy with the level of care and attention that the staff is providing her.

My mom is at the Heritage Assisted Living. The care is wonderful. The staff is very good, very accommodating. They are really good over there. They have lots of in-house activities, and then they have trips that they take. They go to the casino nearby, go out for shopping, and go to museums and different things like that on occasion. They have the weekly trip to the supermarket, and then they have a lot of people, different church groups, and musicians that come in and do programs for all the people in their all-purpose room. The place is impeccable. There is no smell or anything, ever. They clean it constantly. Outside is also impeccable. Landscaping is always good. I've got nothing but good things to say about them.

Heritage is nice and the rooms are spacious. The staff was nice. They serve three meals a day even and you have to pay for it even if you're going to eat there or not.

I visited The Heritage Assisted Living and the place was excellent. Although the room was a little bit smaller, it was very homey.
