My dad moved to Lakeview Assisted Living. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The facility is clean. It's decorated nicely. Some of the food has not been to my dad's liking. They have a bunch of different activities, but he has not used a lot of them. They have given what they had promised to do, and I'm not concerned about his safety. They take very good care of him.

My mother will be staying at Lakeview Assisted Living for respite. It's an excellent facility, beautifully cared for, decorated, and clean. They've got extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, in particular the marketing director. Everything about it was the best. The rooms are a small one-bedroom apartment, so there's a living area and a bedroom. This is respite, so it was nicely furnished with everything you would need there, including a kitchenette. It had a lovely dining room and very large windows. It's completely open with windows. They have a very nice large activity room, a theater room, and a PT workout area, that was small, but they're renovating and adding a nicer, new, bigger area. That sure will be very nice when that's completed. There were beautiful open seating room areas with a fireplace and a piano. There are lots of activities every day, from music to outings, games, and crafts. Meals are open to family members or visitors.

Lakeview Assisted Living is all on one floor. My mother also already knows some people there. They're providing the meals and I just refill her medication. It's senior living and also has assisted services if you want them. The food was very, very good, they had a chef, and we ate lunch there. They have lots of activities, they have movie nights, arts and crafts, puzzles, they play bingo, and poker. Plus, they have a service that takes them once a week over to the grocery store. However, they tell them that they have to wear a mask. Hopefully when the COVID goes away they take them to eat, or they have some type of entertainment. The staff seems really nice and attentive.

Lakeview was very nice, and the staff seemed friendly and willing to talk to us. We talked to a few people who lived there who seemed very happy with the arrangement. There were very nice rooms of, I think, 10 studios and the rest were one-bedrooms and maybe a couple of two-bedrooms. They were nice and airy, and a lot looked out into the woods, so people had views. They had a garden area and an outside area where people could get outside. Some rooms faced the courtyard, which was of a nice, large size. They did go and have some trips out. They had a nice dining room right off the lobby. One of the nice things we liked about this one was there were a lot of places where you could sit and watch people coming by and chat with them, sit with a book, or just watch what's going on. You could do a walk-in bath tub and schedule time for a whirlpool bath. The Lakeview has three buildings that are all run by the same company, and one of them is strictly memory care. The people are more independent; it's not independent living, but they're a little more mobile and everything there, so we liked that. The people were just a little more independent and able to get around.

We put my mother-in-law in Lakeview Senior Living. Actually, I had looked into this community years ago for my grandmother, so I already had a pre-existing knowledge of it. They have three different stages of care that they provide with three different facilities within the same area. They provide good amenities. My mother-in-law is pretty much independent/assisted there. The place is very nice and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They check them out. They're very accommodating. I like Lakeview. It is really nice. As far as I know, there is a good relationship between the staff and the residents. However, a lot of the people there are still pretty independent. Their rooms are very clean and very nice. In her room, she has a kitchenette, a living space, a closet, and a bedroom, and a bathroom.

Lakeview Assisted Living was absolutely gorgeous. The people that I interviewed were very nice. It was just out of my aunt's range, price-wise. It was $2,500 a month, and then, if they had to administer prescriptions or if they had to take her to shower, those kinds of things, the price went up. For an average elderly person, I think the price was quite expensive. It was modern, brand new, and I would like that for myself. It was a very energetic type of thing, and the people there drive. People were more motivated, more outgoing, and younger, and my aunt is 96. She sleeps a lot; she is slowing down. I would go there myself if I needed some extra help.
