This is a very active, caring, clean facility with a great nursing staff who give compassion care, and are easily accessible by phone, which is key since we live out of state. It has a very friendly atmosphere from the assisted residents sitting outside in some cases greeting you. The receptionists are friendly, professional when they guide you thru the safety check in. "Ativa Community" memory care is secure but doesn't feel like a prison. The activity help keeps the residents engaged in activities to the best of their ability. We recently got a video of my mother dancing at 97 almost 98 this month. What we like best is how transparent the facility is in all communications.

My mother moved into the assisted living of Carriage House at Lee's Farms, but now she's in memory care. It's a very lovely community, the people are very friendly, and they're very responsive. It's clean, there are activities, and the food is really lovely, however, I don't think it's geared toward someone who is a fuzzy eater, or who has a soft diet. She's OK being there. The facility is very spacious, nice, and the setting is good. The rooms are very nice, very large, spacious, and the bathrooms are very nice; they're all up to date. The rooms were no problem at all, they have good windows, good views, and good closets.

I visited Carriage House at Lee's Farm. I like the setting of the place and the staff seemed friendly, but I found two other places with more intellectually stimulating speakers and events in comparison. The food they served was good.

Carriage House was great, and the staff member who took us around was fantastic, informative, warm, and very good. The rooms were very nice. There wasn't a lot of appealing outside area. The food was excellent. The people were very friendly, warm, and quite content.

The interior of Carriage House was lovely. I loved the décor. They only had one two-bedroom apartment. It had a large a deluxe one-bedroom, and I thought that would work for me. They served three meals a day. What I did not like about it was the outdoor space was very limited. That was a place I would definitely want to go back to. I did not like the outdoor space, but I liked the facility and I liked what I saw. I knew they had a full calendar of activities. They did day trips.

I like Carriage House at Lee’s Farm very much. They had very nice rooms and very friendly staff. The dining area looked good. The rooms looked good. It was a warm nice atmosphere. I would recommend this place. The rooms were very spacious and very nice. Parking was ample. It didn’t seem to be a problem at all.

The thing I don’t like about Carriage House at Lee's Farm is they offer three meals a day. We don’t eat three meals a day, but I like everything about it. The price is right. There is no entry fee, and I think when we are ready this one be the one place that we might to go to. The staff were OK, but I just didn’t like that everybody looks like they are very old.

I went to an open house at Carriage House, and it was a great and very good place. The staff was great, friendly, and caring. They have a nice open house to greet people and take them on the tour. The rooms were a little small, but it was a fairly new facility. They have a couple of spots for people to move there. The dining area was beautiful. The place was absolutely terrific, and it looked very country like. I had a few refreshments; they had their chef behind the counter in a room that was considered a lounge.

We have a family member at Carriage House and he is not the easiest person to get along with. The staff at this place are giving 100 % to make it work for him. We are very lucky to have him at a place with such a kind, understanding staff
