Inattentive, unprofessional staff. She was sent there for physical therapy, no physical therapist has seen her. They ruitinely miss medication. The lie to the doctor that she is receiving treatment The facility is filthy, walking down the hallway all you hear are residents calling for help.

Watertown Health Center had a little space in the back with some grass. The main area where people hang out was clean, and the rooms were OK. I just didn't like that their food was cafeteria food, and that they were too relaxed. The girl who took me around was OK, it just wasn't an enthusiastic place.

My father is Watertown Health Center. We chose them because it's closer to home and the nurses really help them out. It's a nice, clean place. They cooperate with the patients and have activities for handicapped and elderly people. They also do physical therapy with the patients.

My mother was in there for rehab after an injury to her leg. When I met with her case worker, and physical therapy staff I was very clear in what she needed to do before she came home. The case worker was very dismissive, but I was assured there would be meetings to report on her progress. There were no meetings. The head nurse on her floor spoke poor English and was argumentative with me when I asked for her test results. Every time. They do not keep a very clean facility. I was always seeing crumbs, food and dirt on the floor They did not pay attention to her special diet. They would start therapy and then tell her they would be right back, and never came back. They refused to help her to the bathroom, knowing she was a fall risk. I complained when I came in one night and saw the aid was playing on her phone instead of helping her. I watched my mother struggle to make it to the bathroom. Shortly after that they put a catheter in and left it in for a week. She already had a UTI (which they knew about) so this just caused more issues. And then, they sent her home with no warning to us and 24 hours later we were calling 911. She had Pneumonia which triggered Congestive Heart failure. So please, do not put your loved ones in this place. This is not a safe place for anyone. And if you are reading this and you have someone in there, move them. Please.

The staff here are so accommodating to our needs. They are always listening, and try their hardest to make every single bit of your loved ones stay here so important. Whenever I come to visit, I always see the staff going from person to person to make sure that each and every one of them have the best day that they possibly can. Baker and Frances are wonderful, and they tend to the needs of each and every resident on their floor. John has saved me on more times than I can count, helping me out with even the simplest thing. Overall, Watertown Health Center is fabulous.

I really enjoy going to all the activities that they offer us here. They have bingo every Wednesday and Sunday, they have movies every Friday afternoon, and they even have birthday parties during each month. But what I like most about being here, is that the staff are always smiling and being very friendly. That starts with the nurses, and moves on to every single staff member. They have someone that comes and visits you every single day, and he is such a sweetheart.

I have been here for about 5 years now, and the place has gone through some changes. The staff always works hard in making sure that they deliver the best care possible for their residents, and that they are always active. They have many activities for the residents, including a hair dresser once a week and bingo twice a week. I try to keep myself out of trouble by doing arts and crafts on my own, but they also do that in groups too.

I have been a patient here for a while now, and I like it here. The staff members are often so nice, and often have your needs first and foremost. There are a few staff members that put this facility above and beyond, in my opinion. There is a concierge here, which I only thought that they had at fancy hotels. He is the nicest, sweetest guy in the entire building. He goes out of his way to make sure that each and every resident gets exactly what they need while they are here. He is a man of many talents. The food here isn’t gourmet, so don’t come in expecting 5 course meals every day, but the kitchen staff always makes something good, and me and my friends that I have made here are never worried about what we will eat. I am so happy to have been brought to a facility which exhibits great care to each and every resident, and tries to make each resident as happy as possible.

I have very much enjoyed my time here. I try to keep myself out of trouble, and they have lots of things to do during the day. On Mondays, I can get my hair cut, and they have knitting clubs every week too. I like to go down to the dining room and have my lunches and dinners there with some of the other residents

I am a patient here, and there are some things that I would change here if I could, but there are also things here that I wish everyone at other nursing homes could have. There are a couple of staff members in particular, that I adore, and they treat me so nicely, it's as if I am there own mother. I wish it was all like that, but there are staff members here that truly care about you, and having them here means the world to people like me

The building is very old yet clean. Anyone with a respiratory problem or needs physical therapy this is the place to be. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable and works wonders from what they have. No matter where you go there always a chance a couple of knuckleheads .
