My mom is currently in Brightview Westminster Ridge. It is extremely clean. It is well-maintained, bright, and airy. There is stuff all over, and the food is fantastic. We are very pleased with it. The staff members are very helpful, and there are a lot of them around. There are activities every couple of hours. There is a daily schedule that is easily accessible for the residents. The activities are enjoyable. They have exercise, bingo, cards, and dancing. They listen to music or different musicians.

My dad is moving into the Wellness Center of Brightview Senior Community because he has dementia and Parkinson's. I have had a very good experience with them. They have been very kind to us. It has senior apartments, and he will be up on the second floor in memory care. It's a lovely facility, it's nice and clean, and the people are very nice, too. The director has been very helpful, and he has helped us every step of the way, so we're very pleased with it. I only met with a leasing agent and the director, and they are phenomenal. That place is absolutely spotless.

I went to see Westminster Ridge Westminster Ridge. We were not allowed to take a tour of assisted living, but my cousin was interested in independent living, so that's the part that I had seen there. The experience was very good. They were very thorough in their tour and their explanation of their policies, their facilities, and the services they offer. It was very clean, very friendly, and very open. Even the fact that this is all COVID-19, they were still very open in showing us around into the areas that we were allowed to go. It was very well organized and we were pleased with what we saw. They were very good. I really enjoyed speaking with the woman who took us around. She is very easy to contact for various other questions. I have been able to go to her and either she is able to answer it or she directs me to somebody else. She was excellent. She was very thorough. She was very good. They fed us. We could not go into the dining hall, so we actually went into their library because it was empty at that point. It was a cute, small library. They brought in a delicious, huge sandwich, a coleslaw and chips. It was very, very good. It was not just a slapped together sandwich. It was something like you get at Panera Bread or someplace. The facility was very clean and very organized. They had parking spots available. It was easy to come into, although it's secure. You have to go to the office where you have to do a video, and you have to sign in and they take your temperature. Every area that we went into was very nice, clean, neat, and organized.

I had my wife at Brightview Westminster Ridge for a month. I wasn't very impressed. I ended up taking her out of there because after two weeks she developed a urinary tract infection and was sent to the hospital. After the hospital cured the urinary tract infection, they sent her back there and a week and a half later she had another urinary tract infection. They sent her to the hospital and I told the hospital to not send her back there. The second problem we had was with billing. Of four bills, they never got one of them right. I go back and argue with them about the billing four times and that was all in one month. The food was fine. I never ate there, but she had no complaints. She was there for dementia and they didn't have any rooms available in their dementia facility so they put her in a room in the assisted living area. After the first urinary tract infection, they decided that they would pick her up in the morning from her room in assisted living and take her to the dementia care facility. They have an activity room where the assisted living people go and they have Bingo and several different games. They have buses that take the residents out for road trips, to parks, and shopping malls, but since my wife was there with dementia, she was not allowed to go.

I liked Westminster Ridge a lot. They were extremely expensive, but it's very nice. The staff member during the tour was very personal and very good. The dining area had tablecloths, and was very clean and very nice. They have two different dining areas, an area for independent living and then a dining area for assisted living. They have a lot of extra stuff in there; a lot of neat stuff. It impressed me very much.

You don’t have to pay an entrance fee to move to Brightview Westminster. You just have to pay $4,000, and then you pay the monthly fee. The staff was very friendly. When we went over there, the chef made us lunch. We had a very good lunch. The dining area was fine. They are going to do some renovation, and it's supposed to start soon, so some of that may change. They serve Continental breakfast and dinner. They had a list of activities. They also have their own bus. There's no charge for it. Everything's included. They would also take you to doctor's appointment.

My mother lives at Westminster Ridge. She has been there for 3 years. She was on the independent living side until 8 month ago. She loved it. They have so much for the residents to do to keep them busy and active. She is now on the assisted living side of Westminster Ridge. I don't know what I would do without them. It is so nice to know she is so well taken care of by a staff that love their work. The staff is so accommodating to me and patient with her. It is such a happy place for her to live and for me to visit. I live an hour away but would not think of moving her closer. Just the peace of mind is worth the drive.

I would give it 4 stars based on how pretty the building is and the amenities. Plus the staff always seemed very nice to me. But the 3 stars is for how well my relative did there. She was in the assisted living side of the home and it was their policy that she had to be able to physically get to meals on her own or she would not receive a meal. At 95 years old and with two very long hall ways to walk plus navigating the elevator alone, this wasn't always possible for her. And I was shocked to find out she was skipping meals due to this. She also spent most of her time alone in her large bedroom and this really made her dementia much worse. When I would visit she would tell me off of the wall things until I was there for a while and she was mentally stimulated from the conversation and then she would be back to herself. I think this home is great for younger seniors who want a pub and workout room, but if you are over 90 years old or would do better in a smaller environment I would keep looking.

Brightview Westminster Ridge was gorgeous. It was very homey and very clean. They had spacious rooms. I have nothing bad to say about it. The staff was very friendly. Everybody seemed to know everybody, and everybody was on a first name basis there. They had a pub, which was open during my visit. The residents were all in there. They had a movie theater, and I believe there was a movie getting ready to start.

We are moving to Westminster Ridge, and we have selected this facility because it's near where we live. We like the people we met there, and the staff and the facility appealed to us. The staff was very accommodating. We found the room spacious. Their food seemed quite nice, and they also have different kinds of things going on all the time.

She was in Brightview Westminster but not happy. It was a combination of both her personality and theirs. I am not blaming either side, but it was just not what I thought it was going to be. The rooms were beautiful and very nice. The majority of the residents looked happy, and I just did not see the care there but that might have just been in her particular group.

My father is in Brightview. We choose it because of the location and the services. It seems like a comfortable and nice place to be. The staff seems professional. My father is in a private room and it is like a one-bedroom apartment, which is nice and spacious. The dining room looks fine. I have not eaten there but he says he likes the food. The have movies and shuttles for services.

The things that we liked so much about Westminster Ridge were that they had their own gym in the building and you had two meals a day, breakfast and dinner, while lunch is on your own. It was a center where you would be paying just monthly so you don't have to go and take all your life's savings and put it on the center. The rooms were very pleasant. There were two bedrooms, two baths, a living room, and kitchen combination. The sanitation was excellent. They had wonderful and very caring people.

Mom is at Westminster Ridge. She loves it and we're very happy with everything there. The 1-bedroom unit is just the right size. It's not too big, it's not too small. She's got a little patio to look out and loves the time outside. The staff is wonderful. They all treat her like royalty. They go out of the way to make sure she's involved in activities. They check on her all the time if she doesn't follow her normal routine just to make she's okay and they're just fantastic. I had eaten there several times and the food is excellent. They have all kinds of activities. She participates in bingo daily, they have ice cream socials, and they even had a car show. They have exercise activities, card games and movie nights. They had attractions from the zoo with different animals. It's like a cruise ship. They've got so many things going. We haven't had any complaints yet.

I like Brightview Westminster Ridge because of the cleanliness of it and the friendliness of the staff that I encountered. I also like the vast selection of activities, the smell of the food, and the menu selection that they have. The dining room was absolutely gorgeous.

My husband and I visited Westminster Ridge because we looked for a place for us. It was a beautiful place and the dining room was gorgeous. There was beautiful artwork all around and beautiful reproductions of furniture which made it look like an English home. The units were standard but the landscape, art pieces and furnishings were gorgeous. The staff who showed us around was really nice, friendly and amiable. We would definitely consider the place when we are ready to move into a facility.

Mom has been in Westminster Ridge for three years now. It's a very nice facility and very clean. We've been very happy with it. Although their food is very fattening. They've got a ton of activities, but mom doesn't participate in them. They've got different stuff every day like bingo, and they go to different places. However, I think the staff needs to be more aware of what's going on with the patients or residents. But they're getting better.

We were thinking about moving my parents to Maryland, so we visited Brightview. It was a new and very nice place and everything about it was good, but it was more than what they can afford.

My experience with this facility is through visiting my great grandmother. Each time i have visited the staff members have been very friendly and the facility has also been well kept. Every resident I have spoken with really enjoys living there. They have many activities for the residents and have been very helpful and responsive during an emergency. My great grandmother recently fell and hit her head and she was able to crawl to the emergency button that was conveniently located. the fast response time was critical and possibly saved her life. The grounds are always well kept and the facility is always clean. They have frequent "field trips'" to the local stores for the residents to get out and do some shopping, etc. Everyone at this facility has been extremely pleasant to my whole family and has made everyone feel welcome. They also allow pets to visit which the residents always love!
