Our three-story home has 15 beds, 4 full bathrooms, and two complete kitchens. There is an outdoor deck and spacious backyard for resident activities. We have an on-site washer and dryer and are a short driving distance from St. Charles Mall, restaurants and activities.

I visited Angel Assisted Living, LLC - Waldorf. It's a house setting, and I was not impressed because they got too many people in there at the time. They have ten people that they can take up to at a time. It's two-stories, so it's got very small bedrooms with two people in a room. They're very well-made and clean, but there's just not enough room; it was narrow. The person who gave the tour was very nice to me. You'd have to be very careful going up and down the wooden stairs because they're steep. They have a little chairlift that takes the elderly up and down the stairs though. But personally, it's just not the right place for my mom. I asked what they do for activities, and I was told that they watch TV in the living room and play cards. The other place actually had an activities room, but this one did not. I also checked their dining area, which was very small.
