I like the fact that Angel Living looked friendly. It was like a household, like a family kind of situation. Everybody was in their little areas. The least part is, I wanted a little bit more space for my brother to get around because he's going to be in a wheelchair. They had space, but it was kind of too narrow for him to get around. The staff seemed to be very nice. I only spoke with the one who gave me the tour. The rest of them were engaged, doing whatever they had to do. The cleanliness was great. Everybody was calmly looking at the television and sitting around, so the atmosphere was OK.

I toured Angel Living. It just wouldn't be that comfortable for me. It's a very uncomfortable place, and I didn't care for it. I didn't check out anything. It was a house environment, and the people seemed kind of strange. The staff was friendly, but I just didn't feel comfortable with them.

I toured Angel Living. The facility was nice and had a nice setup. The staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable, and showed me around everything. They had safety precautions on the doors.

I've seen Angel Living. The neighborhood is off of a busy road, so I didn't like that. And I just felt that it was old. The whole house looked old and dated. So I just knew that that wasn't the place for my husband. The people that were living there seemed nice. They were just watching TV. They had shared rooms, and she showed me a single-person room that was down the basement. The staff seemed nice. There was a fenced-in area in that nice-sized backyard and they had a deck where they could sit out when the weather nice. She said they would play games.

We toured Angel Living for my wife. The tour went fine. Everything was okay, but we didn't know the rate of how much they charge per month because the person in charge was not there. It turned out it was too far from where we are. It took two and a half hours to get there, and 3 hours coming back because of the traffic and all. The rooms were adequate. It's not that great, but it's not bad either. They have an outside porch, like a living area, where they gather and chat. They have TVs in every room. They also have moving chairs on a rail going up and down the stairs. I would give them three because they're too far. The area they were in is very congested and had a lot of traffic with long waiting times for the traffic lights. The staff was nice. I suggest, though, that they have a brochure that shows the monthly fees for all the services.

I went to Angel Living. I thought I saw a lot of patients there, and that was too many to have to put my sister in. I didn't want her there because I thought that might bring down her morale and everything. Seeing people lying around, and not too active or anything like that. The rooms are very small. It would have been a shared room. The room was too small for two people. The regular sitting room was okay, but the bedroom was pretty small. She wouldn't have a place to put anything that she would bring with her.
