Harmony at Enterprise

We toured Harmony at Enterprise. The facility was nice. It was probably as current as the other facility, but the only thing that deterred me from a five-star rating is just some of the negative reviews I read online. The staff that I encountered was very friendly and informative.

We toured Harmony at Enterprise. We met with the coordinator. We visit the open facilities and the rec room. It was very nice. We saw the shuttle bus coming in. I was very impressed. The staff was very courteous, on time, very polite, and informative. They knew what they were talking about. The building appeared new, very clean, and very presentable. The maintenance looked fine. It was a very nice experience all the way around.

We toured Harmony at Enterprise. We like the spacing, the balcony, and the leisure places like the library. We like the quietness of it. It's just beautiful. The staff was awesome. We got a box of dessert as we were leaving. They have a very nice snack pack. They have chips, water, and juice. It was very nice. The building is so beautiful. It structures so well. The apartments that we went into were clean and nicely decorated. Some of them were furnished. We don't need a furnished apartment, we have our own furniture to bring, but it was very nice. It was a little pricey for us, but we loved it. The atmosphere was quiet and serene. They're courteous people. Even the residents were very courteous, too. It seemed to be very restful.

Harmony at Enterprise was clean and very impressive. It's ideal for our family member. It's open air. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were extremely impressive. They're warm and friendly.

My father moved into Harmony at Enterprise last February. What he likes best about the place is that he can control his own heat, and he does have more privacy. The staff is very good. It's a new place, so they're making different adjustments as far as the facility itself and of course, hiring. But other than that, the staff that we have met and have helped him have been very, very good and pleasant to work with. They have different-sized rooms, but we found a studio that's adequate for him with his living space, a small kitchen, and his own bathroom. He's getting used to the food, because where he was before he wasn't eating hardly anything at all. So he's getting adjusted to this. And they also have just hired a new chef starting this week. So that's probably going to make a difference too. But he is eating much more food now. For activities, they have bingo, movies, and outings. He hasn't been to any of those things yet, but they are offered. He has space here where once he is mobile enough, he can move around in his wheelchair or walker. There are hallways and pubs and little visiting areas where you can sit around. He can have visitors at any time. They have a barber shop and a physical therapy room. And they do have outdoor areas where you can just sit out and enjoy the daylight, and sunshine.

Harmony at Enterprise was beautiful, and the apartments that they had were very nice. We were very much interested in a pool, which they did not have, so that was one of the downsides of that. But they said that they do have a van that goes to a swimming pool in Glendale, I believe. They had a beauty salon and a gym. They had housekeeping once a week, and then they would provide one meal a day. The staff who gave the tour was very good and she answered all the questions that we had. She was kind of bubbly and she was interested in what we were looking for. She seemed upfront about everything.
