Generally speaking, I found the services at this facility good. I would like to recommend that, the staff pay more attention to regularly turning the patient and, when someone calls for help, attending the patient ASAP; I did not observe this attention to the patient being carried out promptly and on a regular basis - unfortunately. Otherwise, I found most of the services to be done well and the food was better than I expected. I and my family give our thanks to the many that were so kind to our special person.

While the facilities look nice, it's the care staff that makes this place stand out. Indifferent, uncaring, lazy and apathetic don't begin to describe people here. Management seems unable, or unwilling, to correct the issues. Avoid this place at all costs.

This facility is poorly operated. Unlike other facilities, they do not meet with the families and the resident for treatment planning. They do not respond to patient needs in a timely manner. Some of the staff can be intimidating to residents to the point they are afraid to ask for assistance. On a number of occasions, the assistants refused to help my sister out of bed and thereby made her remain in bed the entire day. The only good thing I can offer is the food seems to be satisfactory. The therapy department is suspect as well as their record keeping. I've been to many nursing facilities and this is by far the worse. There are some good staff, but they need to address the bad ones. There are too many.

My mother has moved into St. Elizabeth Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. They've been very good with my mother. Sometimes, I wish they had a little more staff, but I guess it depends on how many people they have to attend to. I have seen the food that they brought to my mother to eat. It all seems very good to me. The room was fine. They have a kitchen area for visitors or a waiting area. They also have two rooms for watching television, and then in one of the rooms, they even have a game or two. I thought the charge was high, but I am told by other people that it's comparable to other places. If they could improve on something, it's probably the price.

The care at this facility is a big bad joke. They leave patients unattended and if any one complains it gets even worse. My Mom had the misfortune of being placed in this facility. Not enough caring staff, doctors and nurses did not care most are there just for a paycheck. They have the aides trying to take care of patients, but they really just try to get the patient's breakfast, lunch and dinner. If someone needs anything they are told they are too busy to help them. I have found my Moms medicine on the floor and they told me she must have dropped it, they do not make sure they even take the medicine. I do not recommend this facility at all. I would not put my worst enemy in there.

My dad was there 2 years ago for PT-OT and they were great. We are back after a UTI-hospital stay. They got him all checked in at 4:00pm. Everyone was super nice. His dinner was the best chicken spaghetti I have had. From the CNA-nurse's-admin staff couldn't ask for a safer-nicer staff.. thank you all for the care of my 88 yr old dad.

My Mom is in St. Elizabeth Rehabilitation Center. It's kept very clean and the Nurses and Technicians are friendly as well. I wish that they kept my Mom just as clean. They have different Nurses and Technicians everyday. No one wants to have to depend on someone else to change their diapers and colostomy bags. These residents are Old and sick and need the paid professionals to have compassion and just do their jobs. St. Elizabeth water doesn't get hot water on certain floors so the the sick aren't being cleaned with hot water or at least warm water. This is not fair nor right. The sad part is if the shoe was on the other foot and the employee's family were there, it would be a different story. St. Elizabeth, please treat our family members as though they were your family members.

Please do not place any loved ones in this facility. Patient neglect is real. I had contacted this facility on numerous occasions and still, nothing was done. Diapers were left on the patient for over 12 hours, with no water, bed sores, and being told by aides to fend for themselves if they asked for help. The wrong medication was given to my loved one and the nurse blamed the nurse before her. The social worker for this facility is for the facility, not the patients. The food was either undercooked frozen when given to the patient or cold. I can honestly say that some of the staff were caring, but a vast majority of the staff was lazy.

My dad is in St. Elizabeth Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. He was welcomed, and the staff was very courteous and kind. He requested different things, and they catered to his needs. They've been good to him. PT has been wonderful. He's only been in there since Wednesday.

My aunt was released from the hospital and went to Saint Elizabeth Rehabilitation And Nursing. Tthey recommended long term care for her. She's not getting any skilled nursing right now. We're paying out of pocket. She's no longer in rehab now. I haven't really been there enough to really have an opinion about them. They're not doing any kind of communication. It's very poor. My aunt said the food was excellent. She liked the food. They give you plenty of food. She had physical therapy there. It was clean and quiet, but it was more of a hospital-like setting. I think it's way overpriced for what she got. It's two times what the average price of a higher facility is. I don't know what you get extra. I don't see it.

I went to Saint Elizabeth Rehabilitation And Nursing. It was amazing, their employees were very professional, and everyone from the administrative staff to the housekeeping staff was very courteous and caring. My mom passed away in their facility. Her room wasn't a normal hospital or nursing home room, they had a sense of privacy, and they were separated from her neighboring person that was over there, but it was open, so when the nurses came in they could see either side. It was a spacious room. My mother said the food was good, but what I liked best about it was they didn't come in or out in a cart or like a hospital cart, it was almost like a bell waiter tray, and they would bring them their individual food, so it made you feel like you were less in a hospital facility, and more of a touch of home. The facilities were clean, it never smelled of urine or anything, it was basic there, the care of the place and the people.

St. Elizabeth Rehab & Nursing Center was clean, and the rooms were accommodating to my mother's needs. The staff was very nice, very informative and accommodating. They specialize in memory care, and the residents are not in their rooms all day long.

That place where my mother is at is St. Elizabeth’s nursing, and I liked it a lot. They are very warm, and they showed a lot of care. They are doing a good job. I think that she is in a good place. I haven’t tasted the food, but it looks good. They have two beds to a room and a closet, which is pretty nice size and spacious. They have bingo, and people from the outside come in.
