I've been in Riverview Terrace for 11 years now. When I moved in, it was mostly seniors and people with disabilities, which I had and still have, so I was able to move in and I enjoy being here. It's pretty quiet. I pretty much stay in my apartment. I do puzzles and reading and things like that. We have some younger people here, but they have disabilities, so they're allowed to be here. They rehabbed the building two years ago. They've redone all of the apartments, so everything's fresh. They don't have any activities. We used to, but we don't have a council, so without a council, we can't have any activities. Plus, there's nobody that wants to do anything. We have a community room that has tables put up and you can play pool or you can put puzzles together, and that's about it. We have our own laundry room here. We don't have any staff. We have a property manager that comes once a week. We have an activities person who comes once a week, but she doesn't have any activities here. We have a social worker that comes once a week. It's usually pretty clean. They have people that come in and clean, but not as often as they probably should. They come in, like, once a month, but they keep the floors clean and stuff like that in the hallways. They're very good at what they do. Value for money is pretty good.
