I visited Hallmark House. The director took us around and showed us the place and the rooms, the facility, and everything. They were very good and they spent a lot of time with me. It was very well laid out and safe where the patients couldn't get out, but they had plenty of room to roam and they had very nice rooms for them to stay in. Everything was handicap accessible, very clean, and they had a nice activities director. It was a very nice facility. They had a patio where they could go outside. I met with the director of nursing, and she was very, very good, very knowledgeable, and very helpful.

While visiting a friend ,I was very pleased with the way the caregiver was dancing with a resident . The smile on her face was priceless. My friends room was very clean , I was asked several times if I wanted a drink . I give them 5 stars

As a new employee of 3 months for the new prestigious Hallmark House in Norton Commons, which specializes in memory care and Alzheimers client's. I would like to tell everyone how wonderful this facility is. Not only to work for but to be involved with the everyday care of a special group of people who has been struck with a such a debilitating disease. Hallmark House is the only facility of this caliber in the state of Kentucky and working here has brought me such joy and fulfillment, along with pride in being able to make a difference in the latter years of their lives. The staff I work with support each other and enjoys what we do. Instead of feeling like I'm going to work, it feels like I'm visiting family.
