I can't say enough great things about the staff. They have very low turnover so Mom gets to see the same staff consistently. They always keep me in the know with my mom's care needs. The rooms have been completely remodeled with lots of storage and closet space. Although she doesn't participate in activities, there is something for everyone! The food is awesome and mom can always find something she likes! I have been in the memory care and it is always clean and the residents are always engaged in some activity. The directors are always available and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the residents are safe. I highly recommend Vitality Springdale for your loved one!

Vitality Living Springdale was extremely nice and clean. The staff was great. The food was good, and that was a big thing. It was a nice place. I like the fact that they can order off of a menu; I like that a lot. That is one of the big things. They have an exercise area and a movie theater. And then they have snacks and stuff for the residents in the dining area.

So far, my mother-in-law seems to really like Vitality Living Springdale. She has been involved in a lot of the activities that they've had. She seems to be coming out of her room, which we were worried about. I think everything has been good. She talks about some of the foster cats that they have on campus. She likes animals, so that was a good thing for her. She talks about their outdoor courtyard space. She loves going out there to sit. She seems to be thriving. The staff are great. I have not had the food, but my mother-in-law seems to be enjoying it. It's pristine, very clean, very well organized, and taken care of. They are in the last stages of updating. They all got fresh paint, and all the rooms got fresh flooring. They're still finishing up for the most part in the memory care portion of it. It's just about done, and then they're going to start on the other part of the facility that has assisted living, so it is getting updated too, which was nice to see. With regards to activities, they are nice in getting everybody involved, which is great. One of the biggest things that we were worried about is that my mother-in-law was not going to want to participate, but they geared everything towards them. A lot of the residents have memory issues, Alzheimer's, and dementia, so they get them involved to use their minds daily. In terms of value for money, we visited probably nine other facilities and Vitality Living Springdale was right in the middle of all of them. It is right where we want it to be.

I visited later in the evening. I was not able to tour because of Covid, but the people there that came out and spent time with me, after hours, were very warm, and they have followed up. That would probably be a good place. I didn't get to go see the inside, but they were all busy decorating for Christmas and everybody seemed happy. I could only look through the windows, but there were a lot of seniors visiting each other. The outside appearance was very nice, just having to look through the windows. It looked modern and fairly new. They were nice and lovely. I was impressed by the staff.

This is a wonderful home for people who wish to remain independent yet need some monitored assistance. The living quarters are sized well. The dining room guarantees residents will have healthy and delicious meals. It is conveniently located.

It is very nice for an assisted living, and it was brand new. All the structure and amenities were nice. I have friends there, and they seemed pretty happy. The place was nearer, and the help seemed pretty good.

It was nice. They’re very nice there. My dad stayed there for almost a year. The room was a nice little apartment with a bathroom, a walk-in shower, a refrigerator, and a sink like a kitchenette, which he didn’t know it was there. He has Alzheimer’s. It’s nice, but you have to put your own furniture in there.

The person who took us around was very knowledgeable. The person showed us everything. The rooms looked pretty decent. The food was very good. They had a lot of activities going on when we came in. It's a fairly new building, and it's very pleasant.

It was very nice but too congested. The staff took us on a tour and was very nice. The rooms were small, and the dining room was pretty dark and uninviting.

The people were very helpful here. They did an excellent job in giving us a tour of the facility. They even gave us some sample food items. Their services were excellent as well.

It looked more homey. The staff from the director down to the maintenance men are all wonderful. There was a lot of activity, a lot of the seniors were wandering around or sitting in the lobby. It just was inviting. The residents were happy. The day we moved my dad in, my husband found it depressing, and I said I don’t find it depressing at all. None of them are in great shape, but they are happy. As soon as he walked in to the door, dad said, I really like it, and the next day I talked to him i asked if he still liked it, and he said "I absolutely love it." He has been very pleased as well. He told me they had happy hour. They go to outings and go to a couple of restaurants each month. They go baseball games, they have in house movies, and they play cards. They served meals three times a day, and they have a small menu, anything between 8 and 6 with sandwiches and stuff.

My in-laws moved in earlier this month. It's a little bit smaller facility, and they are very happy with it. Being a little smaller, I think it has a more intimate environment. There is also no issue of cleanliness in this facility. They had a guy playing accordion, so my father-in-law moved and danced with his wife, and that was a big hit.

My mother is here. It has a memory care unit, and that is what my mother needed. It is a very nice facility: she is well taken care of, and I would choose it again. The rooms are very clean, nice, and well appointed. She has a studio apartment, and she has plenty of room. I have not personally eaten there, but they seem to have a pretty good, varied menu, and it is nutritional, so I think it is appropriate for the elderly. I like best that they seem to be very friendly and caring. They care about the residents and provide a lot of activities for them, try to keep them busy. Since my mother is in memory care, they play games to try to stimulate her memory, and they also take them on outings. My mother's only been there about a week and a half, so I am not really sure what all is involved yet. It is suitable for the elderly, and I feel comfortable putting my mother there.

It is close to my house and seems to be what my mom needs. It is clean and decent. The food is not great, but the dining room is. The people who care for her are very good. She has a room, and it is adequate in size. They have activities like exercises, bingo, and board games.

It was very helpful, answered all my questions, and did everything quickly. The staff is pretty positive. They're good people. The rooms are nice, and it's working out pretty well. The food looks very good. I haven't eaten myself, but I know that my dad is pretty happy with it. They have many different activities. I think for an assisted living, they're doing a fine job. I know it's just a matter of time before Dad ends up in a more skilled facility. But it's working well for now. It's close to my work, so I can get over there a couple of times a week to see him. Their administrator there has been really helpful with me.

It wasn't an upscale facility as far as how it was decorated. But they were in the process of renovation. They were fabulous. The staff is very friendly and interacts with the residents. They seem to know all of the patients name. There were a lot of activities that the residents go to, like casinos, movies, theater, and they go shopping. They seem to make it a very personalize experience for everyone. All the residents were incredibly friendly. They spoke very highly of their experience there. They talk about activities around holiday times, like Thanksgiving, to include the families. You can even reserve a room for your own family.
