I have found Creekside to be a good fit for my mother-in-law. She enjoys the food and the staff are all courteous and helpful. Everyone who works there goes out of their way to provide compassionate care. For us the most important thing in placing our loved one at Creekside was how much the people working there care about the residents. This is abundantly clear at Creekside.

I toured Creekside on Whipps Mill. It might be great for people who just need somebody to help with their everyday toiletries and things like that and help with their feeding, but it depends on the individual. For my husband's needs, I couldn't say okay because they can't meet his needs. The staff was great. They were very helpful. It was very clean in the lobby. It was kind of like a nursing home. If you go down the hall to where the rooms and stuff are, you could smell the urine and stuff.

Creekside on Whipps Mill was more of an assisted living. At that time, I didn't realize what the different levels of care were. We didn't even ask about memory care. What we saw was the residents weren't able to leave the building, but they had a lot of freedom to walk around, which is good for the people, but my mother-in-law would get very confused and lost. She didn't need that much open roaming ability. It was clean. It wasn't old. It still looked nice on the inside. It was well-maintained. The staff was friendly. They had a barber shop. They had one dining room. They had some kind of a salon to get your hair cut, and ladies get their nails done. They had an enclosed kind of garden area where you can go out and sit down, but you were still inside the facility. It's an open air space. The people we spoke with were friendly, but we were looking for Spanish staff, and they didn't have any Spanish staff there. They said it was possible they could hire somebody, but you can't be guaranteed if that would happen. The facility was nice. I would stay there if I was looking for a place.

Creekside on Whipps Mill was very nice and clean. The memory care rooms were nice and roomy. They had their own bathroom. The people were very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions. Monica was very nice. I took my mother with me and Monica's rapport with her was good. She was a very personable person. I found it to be a very pleasant place to stay and I would refer anybody there that needed respite.

My father moved into Creekside on Whipps Mill. I'm highly pleased with it myself, the staff, and the way the place is kept. Everything is fine. The staff is very helpful and very professional. The place is clean. He has a lot of activities and that was good for him. And the food is excellent. They have people that come in for different reasons. They sing. Sometimes they'll take field trips to different places. It's really great. I like where he's living better than I like mine. When you walk in, the feeling is like a hotel. The dining area is fairly large for the size of the building, everything's clean, and kind of like a restaurant. I was very impressed with it.

We toured Creekside on Whipps Mill for my sister, and I love it there. The girl that took me on the tour was an in-home coordinator, and her name is Monica. She was very bubbly. Everybody was just as nice as they can be. And the patients seem to love it there. Everything about it was just nice except for the rooms. They could be a tad bigger, but it's big enough. They had a beauty shop, they take them on outings, and they have all kinds of activities going on every day. We were down on a Friday, and she said that 4:00 is happy hour. They have live music and karaoke. Overall, it was nice. The rooms are probably a little tad bigger than a hospital room. They had different types of rooms. They have a studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom. With the 1-bedroom, it was bigger and better, and of course, the price was just a tad higher.

I visited Creekside on Whipps Mill and I liked it. I'd like to move my sister there. The lady I spoke with, Monica, is calling my sister's current community right now to find out some things about my sister from the nurse. I'm just waiting for her to call back and as soon as she does and says we're good to go, I'm ready to move my sister. They have a room open right now, so I'd like to move her within a week. I liked it, and it's so much cheaper than her current place, it's unbelievable. What I liked was that it was only one floor, so you wouldn't have to deal with elevators at all. I like that when we went into the lockdown unit, where my sister would be, it was perfect for her, and everything was right in there. There were groups of people sitting out there watching TV and talking together so there seemed to be a lot of interaction. I like that the exercise equipment was kind of right down the hall from there, too. They showed me the memory care part because my sister has Alzheimer's. The staff who showed us around was great and I liked her. She's very friendly and she answered all of my questions. She showed me a secure patio, so my sister couldn't wander off.

My husband has moved into Creekside on Whipps Mill. I've been very pleased. They go out of their way to do whatever is needed and the staff is very helpful. My husband has been very well pleased with it. The place is very clean, and the staff has just been very helpful. As for activities, my husband made a wreath for his door, and they do games and things like that.

I like the staff, the director, and everybody at Creekside on Whipps Mill. They are very informative and the place is beautiful. It's lovely, the care is good, and I would recommend it. They have exercise equipment, therapy, and games if you want to participate. Last night, we had a wonderful gathering of all the families and the residents in the dining room, which was put on beautifully. I'm really pleased with it so far. My husband has only been there for two weeks now, but so far he seems to be adapting. They're working on getting somebody to work in the salon since it's taken a little bit of time to get things sort of back to normal after COVID. So, I think they're doing a great job with what they had to work with.

This is a very nice facility. They take great great care of my family member. The administrative staff send us pictures and videos of my family member participating in different activities or even just hanging outside on the patio reading. They really so seem like a family there and was are so happy we found them. My family member the food always smells and tastes so great so that's always a plus.

We placed my family member in this facility and we have been so pleased. The staff is very attentive to her needs/wants and always try to get her involved in activities. They are even doing line dancing there for the residents! My aunt seems so happy and we couldn’t be more happy that we chose this community for her. We would recommend this place for anyone!

I stopped by for a tour and everyone was extremely nice and answered every single question that I asked. Some of the questions were even related to their community but they sat patiently and answered everything so detailed and patiently. You can tell they love working in healthcare and take care of their residents. We aren't ready to move mom in yet but this will be the place when we are ready. We stopped by at lunchtime and the food smelled amazing. They offered us some but we already had lunch plans. The place was very clean and their fitness area was very big. The place itself looked really nice. You can tell it was new and they have taken very good care of it so far. We just hope they have rooms left when mom is ready to move!
