The people at Dominion Senior Living at Northfield are very customer service oriented, proactive, and professional. They assisted my mom in making the transition without any issues. She's had very little problems, and when she has issues they've been able to redirect her without even involving me, which has never happened before. The place is brand new, so it's gorgeous. They have activities every day multiple times a day, and the activities director is very involved with including the staff. The caregivers do some of the activities as well, so there's always something going on. They work really hard at keeping my mom busy, and they've really done a great job. So far, we love it. The food is delicious. They provide well-balanced meals and fresh food.

Dominion Senior Living of Louisville will be located in Northfield and will strive to meet and exceed seniors’ spiritual, mental and physical needs on a daily basis through technological integration, life enrichment activities and professionally trained nurses and caregivers who are available 24 hours a day. The 42,000 square foot one-story building will include 41 assisted living and 20 memory care apartments. Dominion Senior Living plans to open in the Fall of 2018.
Our goal as an assisted living community is to help our residents maintain their highest level of independence while supporting and helping with the activities of daily living. Our team uses a person-centered approach to create a custom plan for each senior, giving you the peace of mind in knowing we meet their personal needs.
Our memory care program, known as Tapestry by Dominion Senior Living™, is designed to weave a person’s life history, skills, interests, and routine into a personalized program. We carefully consider every detail of our program beginning with the layout of the memory care community and hiring specially trained team members, to life enrichment programming, nutrition, and coordination of health-related services. Dominion Senior Living at Northfield’s Life Enrichment program engages the minds, bodies, and souls of our residents. Our person-centered approach allows each resident to choose how they spend their day enjoying our fun activities.

I was very impressed with Dominion Senior Living at Northfield. We had an in-person meeting at their cafeteria because of COVID, but they put on a very good presentation. I'm very impressed with their staff. I thought that the facility was very nice and very organized, and the staff was very friendly. One staff even walked out and introduced himself to us while we were there, which I think was over and above. I think it's a very caring community, and it seemed like a pretty good fit if my dad would have fit in with their level of care. The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Dominion Senior Living at Northfield has assisted living and personal care, but they were maxed out in personal care. My father would have to come in at assisted living, but after they visited him, they decided they needed the personal care, and evidently they thought, he needed more personal care than they could offer. It's a very homey place, we thought it would be perfect for dad. It's a small facility. The director that took us around was very nice, and the rooms were gorgeous. It's adequate and very comfortable. The dining area was nice size, but it was a bit far, and he would be walking each day.

This community is by FAR the BEST in Louisville. The company as a whole TRULY cares about Seniors and prices are VERY REASONABLE. They truly serve God by serving Seniors. Please check them out!
