Chandler Park Assisted Living is very well decorated and beautiful. I just think that it would not be the proper place for my friend. It has all the amenities. For someone else, it may be the best fit because I know someone that's there and it's perfect for them. The lady gave me a great tour. She showed me everything. It was beautiful, but the other places were warmer. The structure is very easy. They have road signs as you would have on a street, but this would say such and such hall, so the patient would know that this is the hallway. It would be a way for them to get to their room easily. When I pulled up, the gentleman outside said, "Well hello, welcome to Chandler." I think he was a custodian. He was very friendly, and he welcomed me to the place. He was out talking to the residents who were sitting outside. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The rooms were perfectly sized.

I moved in recently and I must say it was a welcome surprise. My apartment is beautiful & my kitchenette is the perfect size. I love the new granite countertops. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The food is excellent. I wasn't expecting so many options. They also have therapy services and a nurse practitioner. It makes it very convenient. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for social engagement, independence with help at the push of a button, and just overall good people.

We went to Chandler Park Assisted Living. It has a very good curb appeal. It was very nicely decorated. The apartments were fine. I don't have anything negative to say about the size of the apartments. They don't have kitchenettes or anything though. The two that we saw were very clean. One of them had some clutter in it, but they're redoing some things and so we certainly understand that. Everything was very clean and neat. I found the people to not be very friendly. We saw one gentleman trying to go through an outside door, and the person who worked there just walked on by. He was in a wheelchair, so he was having some difficulty. We saw hardly any residents. The ones we did see were just kind of hanging out, sitting around. We didn't see very many residents at all. It's not one we're interested in. I know people who have had loved ones there and liked it. We're not interested in that place at all though. We were only there for 15 minutes. We didn't get much of a tour.

We liked Chandler Park Assisted Living. The people were nice. We liked the way the rooms and the dining were set up. Everything seemed to lead toward a very interactive community. Everything was very nicely done, laid out very well, and easy to get around to. The staff that we met during the tour was very cooperative, very nice, very open to answer questions, and very pleasant.

I toured Chandler Park Assisted Living. I liked the fact that it's in a circle and there's an inner courtyard. The rooms are newer since it's a newer facility, they have walk-in showers, and plenty of space in the bathroom. So if somebody were in a wheelchair or had that issue, they could accommodate that. The staff that I spoken with was very professional and very nice. There's a movie theater, they've got a little 1950s kinda thing going on, and different things that they offer. There's a salon there, a courtyard, and a large activity room.

Our tour experience at Chandler Park Assisted Living was OK. They didn't really have what we were looking for as far as rooms. All they had available were studios. The staff members were nice. We toured the whole place, and it was very nice. They had a barbershop and a small movie room. It's a new place.

My mother moved into Chandler Park Assisted Living. It's a new place, it's clean, and the people are nice. Their accommodation is very nice. The staff is great and friendly. They have lots of activities, but she hasn't participated in any. They have pumpkin decorating and Columbus Day. The location is great. It's in a new area with lots of new buildings around it and apartments. It has a nice place to walk.

This assisted living home is wonderful. I have visited many friends here for the past five years. The staff is lovely and tentative. They always have something going on and special treats out for the residents to enjoy. The ED has always responded to our needs and or wants. Example, We wanted to have a special birthday lunch for our friends and she made sure this special day was nothing short of amazing. We cant complain. Thanks for always looking after our friends here at Chandler Park. God Bless.

I visited My best friends Family member regularly when she lived at this facility. The residents pay an outrageous amount of money for a pretty building. My friend had to accommodate the apparent lack of staff instead of them accommodating her needs, for example: the resident assistants clean, which , that term I use loosely, ( if the family can't clean their rooms you would have to hire someone, the RA's serve meals, which they served most evening a cold sandwich maybe soup, too bad if you didn't like it.. At 5:00 pm... Nothing else until 8:00am ..the RA's opened the meds drawers, washed the clothes, the residents..stretched entirely too thin. My friend visited Assisted Living Facilities in another area and saw what wonderful options there were; delicious chef prepared meals .. With choices!!! Nutrional snacks available and offered at least twice a day. Visible, FRIENDLY, staff. I helped my friend when they moved out of CP...not one person asked if they could get a cart, or even made eye contact with any of us. This I felt showed the true colors of what Chandler Park is all about

We are certainly sorry that your experience was less than wonderful. We strive to provide the absolute best care to our residents, families and guest. Our residents receive daily apartment cleaning, in addition to their weekly housekeeping visit, so there should never be a need for any additional outside cleaning services. If that were needed, we would pick up those expenses. All of our meals are chef prepared as well, and our residents are provided with multiple dining choices for each meal. More specifically, the breakfasts options are too numerous to list, lunch & dinner options include a choice of entree's, but we also have our "Always Available Menu". We again apologize if you weren't aware of our options. Regarding moving assistance, typically we do not offer moving assistance, mainly because we don't have movers on staff. However, if moving assistance were needed, we would try our best to arrange for third party provider to aid our residents and/or families. We encourage all of our residents and families to communicate any concerns with our administrative team. Please know our door is always open.

We visited Chandler Park on a Saturday, and the staff at the desk had no knowledge of the facility whatsoever. We asked to see a room, and she didn't have any rooms available, so we asked one of the residents if we could see their rooms. The people didn't seem to be happy being there, but the accommodations were very nice.

I felt as if the assisted living facility was a very good, welcoming place. The providers were very nice and accepting of anybody and everybody. The providers welcomed me to a tour of the facility even though I wasn't one hundred percent sure I wanted my father to be put in a facility

I visited the chandler park assisted living facility to meet a friend. I did not find her in our usual place and was worried about her, so I thought, why not pay a visit to find out how she was doing. The facility was very and well maintained and the staff were also very helpful. They greeted me with a smile and answered my questions. My friend is a very active person and after being to that facility, I felt that it is a very good place for her to be at. They have couple of good activities every day and I think she enjoys them. I had a chance to have lunch with them and the food was quite tasty. The amenities that were provided were pretty impressive and am sure that the activities, amenities and the staff would make my friend feel like home. My friend was feeling better by the time I visited her and she was happy meeting me.

y mother in law has been at Chandler, I'm almost certain, since they opened. She dearly loves everyone there, the staff, the other patients and even the other patients family. Before she went she was very adament about NOT going, but it was just getting to the point that she had no choice. Once she finally went, it took her a few weeks to get into the hang of things, but now, we probably would have to drag her out kicking and screaming. She has never been an extremely active person, socially, but while being there she has made several friends. She enjoys the games they provide and the activities they do. Her health is in such better shape too. Not just physically but mentally also. It is great to see her in this shape. We were worried we would lose her way to soon. Now we know she is well taken care of and in great hands.

Upon visiting this facility I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. It had a home like quality about it. The patient I was there to see had been visiting with friends upon my arrival. I loved the fact that she was out and about upon my arrival. The staff assisted me in her transfers, they assisted me in cleaning her when necessary, and the also checked in periodically to make sure that we were okay if they had not heard anything from us. I loved that they were so concerned with the patient well fair that they took it upon themselves to check on us.
