Chapters Living Town Center was overall nice, but not as nice as the other two facilities we visited. We know there are a lot of stains on the carpet, although they mentioned that they were planning to replace the carpet. Mom complained a little bit about the smell. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

We toured Chapters Living Town Center. Their rooms were one of the largest that we have seen available. They said it is under new management, and so they hopefully were going to be under renovation. They were planning on renovating their rooms in the near future. It was clean, but yet it showed old age. The staff was most helpful and very knowledgeable, and that was part of the reason why we liked it because of the lady who helped us was very sincere.

It seemed to be very clean. My in-laws were very impressed. The person during the tour was very friendly. They had activities scheduled throughout the day. They had card games, there were people getting ready to go to eat Chinese food for lunch, and they had excursions planned for grocery stores that day. The dining area was very nice. They were pleased with the food.

I liked it a lot. I think it's a very nice place, but it's too far from where I live. The staff is very nice.

It is very good. The staff is very nice, very helpful, and informative. The dining area is like a restaurant and open all day. There is a salon there and scheduled activities.

We placed our loved one here, and everything is great there. We chose it because it is close to our house, and they are very caring. Everything is going well, so we decided to stay with them.

My mom is in hospice here, and she is nice and comfortable there. I think it is a nice facility. The rooms are absolutely wonderful. The food is probably the best in Kansas City. There are a lot of activities. Everybody seems to be upbeat. The main thing is the staff seems to really care about my mom. The staff is great. I am very pleased with where she is. However, she's not expected to live very long, and she's there until the end.
