The property itself is nice. They do a horrible job of communicating with their tenants. Also the property manager is rude to all tenants and makes it very clear she doesn’t want to be bothered. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Park Place does have the potential to be a very nice place for independent seniors. Nice, quiet setting. 1 bedroom apartments are perfect size for single individuals. However, the way in which the property employees treat their paying tenents after the lease is sighned and commitment made, is anything but warm and welcoming. If you keep to yourself and never have questions or maintenance problems of any kind, you'll probably be ok. But if you do have a problem or find yourself in need of something, be prepared to be talked down to, be given sarcastic responses and even slightly intimidating gestures such as "politely" reminding you your lease is coming up soon if you didn't like hearing that they aren't going to fix your ice maker, and tell you to buy a bag of ice instead. No respect is how they have made my loved one feel, and I don't appreciate it! If current office were replaced with more professional management team, it would be an awesome place to live!

The management office of this apartment is only available by telephone response, no live person available in office or on phone even after COVID. They require signed release that under no circumstances can you sue management even if their fault or there negligence, even if death results. You cannot rent from them without signing this. Also the club house is never open even after COVID. Crime is on the increase in this neighborhood.

Park Place was smaller than other facilities and was strictly a retirement community, so it didn’t have healthcare on-site. There wasn't a restaurant, either. The person that showed me the apartment was nice. They have a walk-in shower in the room. The facility was fairly new.
