I toured Westpark Healthcare Center and talked to their business people. It's like they're going to be better and more organized than where my father had been. The residents that I've talked to seemed to really like the place. It's an older building, but I thought it was OK. I think it will be a good place for my dad. The rooms were average, but we're not looking for anything fancy, and they seem well organized. I think the care will be OK.

Westpark is a nice facility. The rooms were nice. The staff was nice. They gave me a tour. I didn't see any activities but they do rehabilitation. The only reason I didn't choose them is because it was a little expensive for respite place. However, they do take Medicaid but my mom is not on Medicaid. Other than that, it was a nice facility. It had nice decoration and it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Those were my first impression. The dining room was nice and it looked comfortable. The best thing about it was the staff and the layout of the facility. I thought the facility was nice, I like the way it was laid out. It was very good.

I would recommend Westpark Healthcare to anybody. It is a blessing to have such facilities available. Westpark Healthcare is a lovely place. The staff are always available, always have a smile on their face, are friendly greeting everybody, and they keep great care of everyone. It is just like a home. I couldn't have asked for better care for my Grandfather. There are several activity centers so residents can have quite some fun while there. My grandfather loves it there. He especially loves the young blonde, super nice he says and can always make his day like sunshine.
