Constantly loosing resident clothes. No Physical Therapy offered for long term residents. Some M.A. with bad attitudes. Leaves my parent to care for themselves. Had zero ability to help when patient need better care. Her nurse never took her vitals. Activities team offers good choices of fun for residents.

A lady from a nearby hospital was very persuasive in recommending this facility. While there at rehab, my mom met a few very kind staff members. However, during this time, my mom and our family had several encounters with very rude nurses and staff. One example: I asked one of the staff members a question about where to get my mom a clean nightgown and she got really mad. She pointed at my mom and said in a very mean tone “you know you are not supposed to ask me this and that you are supposed to ask the aide for help”. I understand they were understaffed at the time (Jan. to Mar. 2022) but these are healthcare professionals and they should act in a kinder, more professional manner. Another example: someone who worked there (I am not allowed to name names or titles here, unfortunately) was often rude and very unapproachable. We tried to get my mom transferred to a rehab center closer to us and I (kindly) asked this employee if she had a chance to send the paperwork over and she responded in a very snotty voice “I have other things to do, too”! And, another example: Towards the end of my mom’s stay at this rehab center we had an issue with two "professional" employees who were a little higher up in their licenses. After talking with employee #1 about something that employee #2 shared about my mom, the employee #1 left my mom’s room and met up with employee #2 in the hallway. Little did they know that I was right behind them as they were casually walking down the hall and mocking/making fun of what I had shared. They were walking down the hallway, openly discussing my mother’s case. I believe this is a violation of Hippa laws. When I had heard enough, I stopped them and told them that “this is not okay”. The employee #2 repeatedly apologized and after about the fifth time of her apologizing I looked at her and said “you are sorry only because I heard what you said”. These are only a few examples of what happened during my mom’s stay but this is who will be taking care of your loved one. Please steer clear! I wish I had researched this place a little more before my mom went to stay there. If you want your loved one taken care of with genuine care and patience, I would not go here!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONE TO THIS FACILITY!! My mom is 83 years old and was in a lot pain and they discharged her early, sending her home with tums. I had to rush her to the hospital minutes after she was released from the facility. Now she’s back in the hospital with several different diagnoses. She complained for a whole week about her pain. The Tylenol they gave her did NOTHING!!! They let my mother suffer!!!!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! They don’t deserve one star, but i had to give that in order for me to write this review. I will file a complaint with their corporate office.

Wonderful nursing facility with amazingly caring staff. My family member went here for a short stay after hip surgery. The care, customer service and environment was exceptional.

My mom was in an independent living when she fell and broke some bones. She was in a hospital for a couple of days, and then they moved her to Northwest Manor, which was very close to where I lived. They had her in physical therapy. Then, she had her strength back and all that sort of thing. She needed to go to assisted living, and Northwest does not have an assisted living, so we had to move her out of Northwest, even though we were very happy with them. They did a very good work. It was very high recommended. It was an old place, but most of the people that worked there had been there for 20 years and more. They hanged on to their employees, and they did a really good work. We were very pleased with them. I thought it was Halloween or something, when they had a disc jockey guy came in and played a lot of music. Typically, the people there were in a much worse condition than people in an assisted living facility. They did not really have activities outside the facility. They had people came in and do things. We ate there several times with her, and the food was excellent.

Not a good place, uneducated staff, the place always smells and someone is always screaming. Physical therapy is very limited. Transferred out as soon as possible!

During the three year period in which this facilty cared for my loved one, she sustained two leg fractures as a result of inadequate and inappropriate care. I routinely noticed inadequate and inept staffing and administration that was incapable and lackad
