I put my mother at the Grand Regency of Rockford supportive living. She's doing very well there. She is in memory care, but they also have assisted living. I chose this one because my mom has run out of money and they are a Medicaid facility, and it was clean. It's been redone on the whole inside. It looks like a very nice hotel. The staff is very nice from what I can see. She's only been there a short time. The administrator was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. She has Alzheimer's, but she says she likes the food. They work with memory care doing probably puzzles and crayons and stuff like that. Her room is very spacious. She has her own room, a little kitchenette, and her own refrigerator. It's very nice and roomy. Value for money is good.

Grand Regency of Rockford is within our price range. It is clean and my aunt seems to love the place. Any needs that I brought to them were addressed as soon as possible. She seems to like the food, too. It is a good place and they take care of everything.

I visited and I liked them because they had good rates. They are very knowledgeable about the different angles I had to come in at, as far as the money he needs to spend, or if he's able to apply for Medicaid and things like that. It's very clean. The people are friendly. Overall, everything made me happy. I looked at just a 1-bedroom The room that she showed me was small and very plain. You can hang up pictures and decorate it, but it was very plain looking and, it felt kind of hospital-ish, but other than that, I liked everything else. They had community areas for the big TVs, pool tables, and different puzzles. There's an outside deck he can sit on with plants and stuff out there. As far as amenities go, that's pretty much what I saw.

My impression was very good. It's not that attractive but it was very nice. They’re planning on remodeling, and we met quite a few of the residents who were just about to get together and have a little Valentine's Day party. Everybody that we met really liked it there and was really happy. They had craft and art projects, movies, and a little exercise class. They even occasionally get together and have a little baking session where everybody can just watch, give their criticism or even help in stirring the batter, so that was kind of fun.

We visited and I found the staff to be extremely professional. They were courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. They were very dedicated to providing quality services. I would describe the facility as very clean and very hospitable. The staff members were very professional and knowledgeable. It was truly a wonderful experience. I phoned the director to let her know how pleased we were with the services. Overall, I thought that the facility was very good. It would have been a bit of a drive for us because of where my mother’s physician is located. There was a shopping center and a few restaurants in the area that were nice. It was a very positive experience. The professionalism was just spectacular.
