We chose Trustwell Living at Cherryvale Place because they seemed to respond quickest and were really involved in getting back to us. Assisted living is quite expensive, and it was within the budget that we needed to stick with. I have not been there to try the food, but from my mother-in-law's perspective, her meals are not great. They have good options for activities, but my mother-in-law is a little bit younger than a lot of the people, and it seems like a lot of them are not as engaged or maybe get really tired too quickly. The place doesn't smell. The facility itself is reasonable, and we got everything that she needs as far as services. They got WiFi, cable, and laundry services. Housekeeping comes regularly to clean the rooms and take out trash and all that.

I was a resident of Trustwell Living at Cherryvale Place. It was good. They were fantastic, the grounds, and as far as the apartments, it was small. The staff was spectacular. They're friendly. They have bingo, they have cards, and all kinds of activities. The dining was not spectacular. The quality was OK, but every two or three days you had the same variety. What they could do to improve it is get their food leveled up, because their food was not spectacular. The food is the lowest level, and even a little bit more on the activities. They had activities, but they had more or less people that were refusing to go down and participate.

We toured Trustwell Living at Cherryvale Place's assisted living for my mother-in-law. The place is very lovely and could be an excellent option. It's very pleasant. They had a lovely outdoor area for the residents. It was all on one floor too, which was nice. The person who took us around was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They had a big activities calendar, so I think they offer them but I just haven't looked at that because it does not apply to us as my mother-in-law is not mobile.

We've toured Trustwell Living at Cherryvale Place. It was very welcoming, clean, very homey, and had friendly staff who were very caring. The memory care, especially, is very compassionate towards their residents. They're also very pleasant to the visitors.

The best thing that I liked about Trustwell Living at Cherryvale Place was that it was clean. The people are friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable about other avenues. The thing I didn't like is the cost of it for somebody who has more issues. They also don't have a very good evaluation process that fits each individual situation. They only have one generic. It's only private. They only take private payments or insurance. They don't take Medicaid. They have outdoor gardening. They have a barber. They have activities planned ahead of time. They have a pool table and activity areas. It was very nice.

My friend will be moving into Trustwell Living at Cherryvale Place. The people are amazing. I people watched because I was 45 minutes early for my appointment and everybody was happy. The employees, the visitors, the residents, everybody was happy. Nobody knew who I was. I did not introduce myself. I just people-watched. It was just an amazing experience. It was clean, cheerful, and very updated. They have everything. There is nothing that you would need if you go there. Everything is available to you. They have a game room, an entertainment room, activities for you to join daily, and a huge dining room. The dining area was very spacious and clean. I can't get over how clean the place was.

Cherryvale Place was a very nice place. I didn't like where they would have placed my mother for memory care. It was up on the second floor, and we wanted her on the first floor. They had a lot of stuff out in the hallway for the residents to do. They had a lot of dolls around and stuff that they could work with their hands. The building was clean. The apartments were a good size. The place was secured. When you walk in, the visuals are very nice.

Cherryvale Place was awesome. The staff and food, the whole nine yards there, were spot on. We got a sample of the food and they've got a chef that's been there forever. I was just impressed with the fact that they had rooms that had access to patios and different things like that. It was very light and cheery.

My husband moved into Cherryvale Place 3 weeks ago. The nurses are very good. I like the place very much. It's very clean and very nice, and I'm happy with it so far. He has a studio apartment. It's one room with a small kitchenette and then a good-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower and a good-sized bedroom. We supply everything - the furnishings and all that stuff. They have a beauty salon, a patio that's enclosed, and they have a list of activities.

I liked my visit to Cherryvale Place. The only thing that kept us from going to that place was the fact that it did not have the stages through the end of life. They have assisted living, but there was no nursing there and no facilities for if my dad got sick. The person that gave the tour was wonderful, her name was Vicki. They had everything, a salon, a gym, they had a movie theater, and they had outdoor space. They had vans that they use to take people out on daily tours and stuff. The place itself was very clean.

Cherryvale Place was great. I was very impressed with it. They took me everywhere and we talked about everything about the place. They were very polite. They sat down with me and they answered any questions I had. My daughter was with me and she even said that it smelled nice. It was very clean and the people were very personable. They were having an exercise class when I was there. If I had to go somewhere, that would be a good place I would like to be. They were well worth it.

Cherryvale Place was very bright, cheery, and friendly. My husband and I were very happy with the place. The room was a little bit small for what we were looking for. Other than that, their meals and activity plan seemed to be good. The facility is an older neighborhood, but it is up to date. They have a very nice landscape, and there is an area for people to sit out there and spend the day in the sun.

I visited Cherryvale Place. I liked their landscaping and the building. It was nice and the rooms were nice. They're small spaces. For someone who needs assisted living, I think it's perfect. I liked the way that the rooms were organized. I went into one that was furnished. For a small space, it was pretty roomy. It was definitely clean. When I went in there, I think they had some program going on where the guys came in from somewhere and were singing. They had a little sitting area. The person that I talked to was very personable. The room was nice, but not as nice as the other places I visited. They also talked about games.

Cherryvale Place was a nice place. I went to the assisted living and then I toured the unit for Alzheimer's, too. When you first walk in, it's very open and it looked very homey. The place was very clean and the people there welcome you. You have your tour of different sized rooms and they show you what they offer. The rooms were nice. The smaller one was like a kitchenette room. The one-bedroom had a separate room from the living room and kitchen. I think you can have a two-bedroom, too, and residents can split by living together. The staff showed me different activities and where they eat at. They want them to come down to the cafeteria and eat because they should socialize and eat. They don't have to, but most people do. My mom has a little bit of dementia, that's why I wanted to check out the Alzheimer's part, too, if it ever came to that. That was very protected and locked down to make sure residents wouldn't get out. They had it all set up for different things they can do there. They had an outside area that was all fenced in and locked, so they could go outside also and enjoy the day. They had plants and a little garden. It's nice. They try to make it as at home as it could be. I enjoyed the tour. She probably has some memory care issues, but I don't think she is to the point where she has to be on the Alzheimer's part. They did a good job showing me everything and everything was clean and cleaned up. I didn't see any people doing anything or they were dirty or the food. Everything was nice. if I could get my mom in there, that's where I probably would've taken her.

My father is living in Cherryvale Place, but he's in rehab right now. So far they've been really good, we're really pleased with them, they're working on keeping my dad there, they have not had any cases of covid in the residents, they had in a few staff members, but they took care of that right away. None of the residents have been sick. We've been real pleased with the staff, they've worked real hard with us, financially, and everything else. We're surprisingly pleased, nothing is ever perfect, but they've done really well. They're very nice, neat and clean, the meals are good, and my dad actually gained 20 pounds there. They take the residents out on shopping trips.

Cherryvale was fine and very clean. The staff was very nic, and personable. It was a beautiful, fairly new facility with nice rooms. They had an excellent three-meal program, full menus, and activities for the seniors. They had a swimming pool and physical therapy room.
