My husband has been here in memory care for a year. This is a wonderful facility. Caring & compassionate employees who all call me by my name. If I have any concern, it’s taken care of right away. They are excellent at communicating with me.

I toured here. It was bright and clean. The staff seemed friendly. The clients seemed well taken care of. The room was very nice, clean, and freshly painted. The person who took me around was super. She was super friendly, super informed, and has subsequently been very gracious to answer any and all texts I've sent her way. They have a courtyard there, too.

It was a close-knit community so people knew each other and did activities together. They were friendly and the rooms were very nice. It's a newer facility. The dining area was closed off so we had to go through doors to get into it. The common area was separated by a big fireplace structure in the middle. It was smaller than the others but adequate for the size of the facility.

We toured here. The community is very pleasant. It's new and it's clean. The people were very nice. I just like everything about it. They gave us lunch because we asked about the food, and the food was good. Everything as a whole was very nice, and we think our parents would enjoy living there. They certainly sound like they have a lot of help that they can give them and assistance, which they wouldn't be able to get at home or other places because it's smaller. I just liked the layout and the number of people that they had at their place. The rooms were small but nice. We looked at the place where my mom and dad would be, they had just cleaned it and the carpeting was very clean. Everything was just very nice and looked very new. Parts of their furniture can go in there because it's pretty small, but I liked it a lot. They have different crafts. I was talking to one lady there and she asked about what my dad likes to do and that's crossword puzzles, and she said, that's good because they have a lot of that going on there. It just seems like they have different activities like exercise. I think they would keep my parents a lot busier than if they were at home.

It is the one that we were considering if we hadn't moved to Texas. The staff was very welcoming and very friendly. They even had a dog treat ready for our pup because they let us bring our dog over there to tour it with us, and they're just incredibly warm. The facility was nice. We toured both the residential living and the memory care unit and it was clean. They were actually in the middle of updating one of the apartments that we looked at. They had very nice spaces. They seemed to have a lot of activities for people to do. They were very warm and welcoming people. We appreciated that. They called just recently also to check on my mother-in-law, even though we hadn't chosen to go there, just checking in with us. They're just really nice people. We really thought they were a good place, and we actually had a friend from church that is living there and likes it too, so we were glad to hear that. It was clean and welcoming. The people were great. It smelled good.

It is where my mom is. The facility is only three years old. It is virtually brand new. My mom has a brand-new room. The facilities are excellent. The care has been very, very good. I get calls from the nurses updating any issues or positive things about my mom there. Right now, because of COVID, everybody is still kinda locked down in their room. They are trying to make sure that everybody is still isolated a little bit right now, so there aren't really too many activities. The staff has been great. Any time I call they have been very responsive and there have been no issues at all. It has been a very positive experience so far. The manager there took me on a virtual tour, and it was very nice. He explained whatever room he was in and he took me around the whole place. It's just a beautiful place for seniors to be in.
