I visited this facility

I liked the Plaza at Pearl City. I was considering going there. They don't allow pets. I had two residents come up to me, and they said they loved it there. The staff was very professional. They had a gym, a little courtyard, an area where you could read, and a computer room. The facility was clean. There's a restaurant across the street. There's a shopping center nearby.

I visited this facility

I had an in-person tour of The Plaza at Pearl City. I thought it was a great and a very nice place. The people were great. At that time, it would have been okay because it's assisted living. But now that it's memory care, that's what makes it over my budget right now. The facility was very clean. The people were very friendly and very informative. Everything was very nice. I think they have a library. I don't remember all the amenities, but they did have a few. They kept the drinks handy so that people could come down and get some juice or coffee and tea pretty much 24-7, so that was nice. They had activities that my mother wanted.

I toured The Plaza at Pearl City and it was positive. The staff that walked us through was very helpful and they were very nice there. It's assisted living and the facility itself was nice. The spaces were nice and clean. The rooms were also nice and clean and were big enough for 1 or 2 people to be comfortable. They had a salon where they did the manicures, pedicures, and hair. They also had a multipurpose room where they were having a concert at that time. Somebody had come to play for them. They also had a gym area where whoever wanted to could come and do some exercising. The location was convenient for us too.

I visited this facility

We were able to visit The Plaza at Pearl City last month. We thought it was very nice and clean. I enjoyed it. I saw a one-bedroom and a studio. The facility is new. It was secure. There was parking and was very close to our home. They had a small gym. There was an activity room, and we saw some activities. Bingo was one of them.

I visited this facility

I visited The Plaza Assisted Living at Pearl City to see what it was like. It was nice, but my mother didn't want to pay that money because it was too expensive. The staff seems nice during the tour. They didn't offer for us to try the food. They have amenities like shuttle and stuff like that, and they also have like dormitory rooms. They're very nice, and I would recommend it but you need to have money.

I visited this facility

The Plaza at Pearl City is a brand new facility, and it's clean, but the room size is smaller. You also have to bring your own furniture because they don't provide it, and it's too expensive. The dining room is very small, and there's not a lot of space. The common areas are a little tight. I took my mom in a wheelchair, and we were able to move around comfortably, but we just thought it was not as spacious. We looked at the shared room -- which has the lowest price -- and we also looked at the individual studio. It was just very small for a visitor to come, and they just have a few stalls for parking, but when we went there, we had a reservation so we had a stall. If there are a number of visitors and the parking lot gets full, you’d have to park in the street.

I visited this facility

I visited The Plaza at Pearl City. It was a clean facility but had five floors, and my mom would be confused about where her room would be. They were really nice to give us a full tour. The room that I saw was nice and everything was convenient. I felt it was safe as there weren't too many corners, but they are expensive.

I visited this facility

The Plaza at Pearl City was pretty nice. It was located right across from the shopping center so you could probably walk rather than having to take transportation to go the shopping area. It was a great facility and it was a little bit more affordable.

The Plaza at Pearl City is brand new. We like this facility. The staff is good, but it is too inconvenient to get there. They are too short for activities. I do know they have a Valentine's activity. The rooms are just newer because it is a brand new facility. It is only a few months old. The dining room is small, but they have several dining rooms, so it is OK.

I visited this facility

The Plaza at Pearl City was a brand new facility and was just opened a few months before we went there. The staff was friendly. They had a library and a place outside where residents could go, sit down and enjoy the sun. It was nice and clean. They had an activity room. They had exercise and therapy. They had pool table where they could play pool with the family. They had a schedule of activities also.
