We put my brother-in-law in Wilson Senior Living. He was there for 11 days. It's completely palliative care. The care wasn't good. Since my brother-in-law couldn't drink, we wanted to have his lips or his tongue wet a little bit, and they didn't have a swab. They didn't have a urinal on the second floor, too. My brother-in-law was there just for comfort basically and to receive maybe lots of pain medications. But they should try to give him some kind of liquid. I'm sure they did their best. My brother-in-law was in great pain, and we didn't have much other means. Nothing but just moving to a more comfortable place like that, so we made the right decision. The place was very clean. The people were pleasant. The staff was very kind and nice. Clean parking. Security was well done. But I think the value for money is a little bit high.

No more than 22 residents will enjoy about 11,000 square feet of living area in 19 furnished private suites with private bathrooms. Three of the suites can accommodate couples. Each suite has a flat screen television, electric bed, desk, chair, dressers, artwork, built in closet system with mirrored doors, independent air conditioner, ceiling fan, & storage. Just bring your suitcase. We'll take care of the rest.
The home features abundant areas for activities & relaxation ranging from music, crafts, reading, board games, computer use, 2 family rooms, spa room with soaking tub, salon equipment includes hair washing sink, & massage table. There is an oversized elevator accessible from each floor as well as two carpeted stairwells. A stocked snack bar is located on each floor. The two family rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions, & ample furniture for each resident to relax. Additionally, there is a 6,500 square foot basement & private parking garage where the storage area, laundry room, trash room, & walk in cooler are located.
Wilson Senior Living is a unique concept designed around a social model creating an environment that encourages residents to be as active as possible & engage with their fellow residents. It's about creating a purposeful life while providing additional personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, as needed) & all of the daily meals, activities, exercise, transportation, & companionship that one would need. Wilson Senior Living is a beautiful facility. The staff and food are great; they actually have an on-site chef in a beautiful kitchen where you can watch the chef cook. They have their own salon, and you can pretty much do anything there. My mom was only there for three days during the day, not overnight.

Wilson Senior Living has all facets of care from Independent Living to 24 hours Nursing Care. I visited this facility and was really impressed with the high standard of living they have maintained. They strive to create a home-like atmosphere where you and your loved ones can feel secure. The warm, well-trained staff works closely with the residents to provide the utmost care and comfort. The facility was always clean and well lit, with plenty of staff around. During one of my visits I saw numerous seniors attending a seminar, which seemed to be about current events. Nearby Hospitals include Castle Medical Center, Hawaii Medical Center East and Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center and Clinic. There is an oversized elevator accessible from each floor as well as two carpeted stairwells. The facility offers all kind of assisted living facilities at much cheaper rates. The lush green environment offers a real natural environment full of love and peace. The pets are also allowed inside the facility which is a good news for pet lovers. Awesome place to live.
