I liked Brickmont of Woodstock. They're a little more upscale. They had a two-bedroom unit, it was significantly bigger than any of the other places we looked at, it was a good size. They have full-size refrigerators in their kitchenette rather than just having the small ones. It was almost more like being in a hotel or a little condo, like a timeshare kind of place. It had a hotel feel to it. The big plus for them, I would say that goes above and beyond anything else is they don't charge you based on the level of care. They're an all-inclusive facility. Whether you need very minimal help or very extensive help, it's the same price, even on their memory care side, the maximum price that any of their tenants pay is six thousand a month, and that's for a two-bedroom condo fully inclusive. We were exceptionally impressed with that. When my parents are ready for something like that. I think that's the facility that we would gravitate toward. It's assisted living and memory care there. It's a two-story building, it's brand new, they've only been there for three years or so. Twenty-five percent is memory care. but it's part of the same building. It's just a secured unit within the building. They have physician assistants, who can even take over as residents primary care doctors if they wish, but Monday through Friday, they have a physician's assistant on staff, and then they always have a minimum of one registered nurse on the property, twenty-four hours, seven days a week.
