We chose Manchester Court because of affordability and the level of care. There aren't a lot of patients in the memory care so the staff can get around to the residents more frequently. The rooms are decent size, mother has her own private bathroom, and the food is good. Exercise, games, songs, and movies covers most of the activities they have. They also have church services every other week, but she would like to go to church more often.

I went to Manchester Court. It's a nice place. The rooms are just what it is, just a room. The staff there was nice. I spoke to the receptionist, two of the people, I think the man is like the director, and then she's like the assistant director that I spoke to. I was able to see everything that they had to offer, the rooms, the activity rooms, and the place where they eat. They told me when it was non-COVID, how they would try to take the people out. They just really explained everything to me and the place was clean. When you walk in the door, you have to sign in. You have to tell them whether or not you had a -- have you been tested for Covid or not? You sanitize your hands before they unlock the door to let you in. It was just a nice experience. They told me they do have someone to come and have church service with the people. They have different activities, and they just basically said we do activities with them. They might be having to listen to different music, play games, or listen to someone sing, or they try to sing or dance. It was just a variety of things that they had. So the activity area was very big area. It was where they ate in that area. They had movie time in that area. I'm thinking, everything was happening in this big room, in the back of the building. I think they needed more space. That big room was serving as the everything room. I think it needs to be more divided up. But for the building and where it was sitting, it's the best they could do.

I visited Manchester Court three years ago. It seemed very nice. If my sister had gone there, I would probably have really looked into it seriously. I was just in the lobby, so I really could not accurately tell too much more, but it seemed OK. I talked to the manager, and he was very informative and gave me all the information I needed. They had quite a few activities, just about anything that you would want, like shopping trips, educational-type assistance -- really pretty much anything that you would be looking for as far as being an active adult. They had trips out to dinner, an exercise room, and a library. I would have considered it. It's an excellent location. It's not too far from the hospital, and it's very close to quite a few doctors and medical specialists. It's in a quiet little neighborhood, so it's not like an institution. I didn't see everything, but the residents that I saw there looked very happy.

The staffing are very friendly, place is clean and plenty of activities to keep residents active. I enjoy the updates I'm giving about my dear love one and the care giving. Each time I've visit there is always staff present and interacting with the clients ...could not have found a nicer place....

My mother is in Manchester Court. They have the activities that she was looking for, which was a huge reason why we decided to go there. It is smaller than the traditional assisted living facilities that she's been in before and the staff is very professional. It's nothing that's overly fantastic or dramatic, but it's very comfortable, and it's very homey for her. They have companion rooms and single rooms available. There are several television rooms, a courtyard, different places where they can go and just relax, and nice views. They have an activities room with an activities director.

I had a nice visit at Manchester Court. They're very helpful and I liked that the facility is completely locked down. Either you have to have a code to get in, or you have to be buzzed in. My mom has limited services and the room wasn't as nice and neat and clean as I would like for it to be, but it is what is and part of it was her doing. She seems to enjoy the food. The staff is very nice and cooperative. There are activities, but they could still improve.

Always short handed. I have heard the new ed yell at the new Don in her office. I walked by as I was taking mom to her appointment. The food is terrible almost tuna casserole ever week. Breakfast late from Tuesday thru Thursday. Not sure what is going on with that. Prices are going up but not the care that my mother needs. Looking for a place now. No matter what name they are under this place will never change.

Terrible facility.. This place was taken over by some other company and we could not move out of there fast enough. I moved my mom in back with there was another administrator there. Everything seemed fine for a few months. We then heard he was leaving and felt good with the new administrator. Then that administrator left... We have since moved mom out and do not recommend this place to anyone. It has become so cold and I feel like the people in charge do not care. The old company made you feel just like family.. Very disappointing to see this....

This facility is OK. A family friend stays there and most of the CNA's are lazy. The staff is always short handed because of the pay and because of that, showers and other services fall short. This excuse is often given when asking management. They have taken on new management and are now increasing the fees therefore many of the residents will be leaving. The new management takes over May 2017.

I moved my Dad into Bristol Village 3 months ago. Since being at Bristol he has done really well. I had him previously placed at 2 other assisted livings in conyers. At both the other facilities, he was able to wander out and leave the property. Bristol Village is very secure and the number of staff is amazing. My dad has not wandered out and appears to be happy. I must mention the food, portion size is perfect and I have personally tasted breakfast, lunch and dinner.. DELICIOUS!!

Very nice place. Provided great care to our loved one. Location was within driving distance for us and we ending up choosing here over 3 others because staff was very caring.

Bristol Village is very good. The staff is very nice. Some of them are not too good though, and all they want is to get out of work. They need to improve on their seeing that their help does what they’re supposed to do. They don’t do a thorough job. They want to get through with it as soon as they can and get out as soon as they can, so they’ll have more free time on their hands.

Bristol Village was a very nice place. The director was pleasant. However, their memory care center was behind a big door; that turned us off. I just don’t like that. For me, it felt like going into a prison. I didn’t see any activity but saw some people sitting around the tables, and one lady was asleep.

Bristol Village is a very nice facility. The staff are warm, caring and friendly. They really are concerned about the residents and the families. The coloring of the rooms are great. The courtyard is a nice place to sit on a beautiful day. Would definitely recommend them

We came on a tour here last week. Fabulous location (near the hospital). We truly love what the facility looks like. Very peaceful and colorful. We will probably be moving our dad there. It is still early now, but we are impressed. Good luck!
