It is brand new and beautiful. I have no complaints about any of the staff members. Everybody has been great. My mother-in-law is acclimating well and she's doing fine. Some people who have family members there said the food was great. They do different games with them, they have different people come for entertainment, different groups in town come over and sing for them and do different things like that, and they take them out to the local areas out of town for shopping or for ice cream.

We toured Prema at Ashton Hills. I liked the place. Everything was going well, but they didn't do respite at that time. The staff was good. They showed me around and everything. The rooms were spacious, nice, and clean. There's a lot of space for me to roam around. The patio was nice and had beautiful flowers outside. The entire community was wonderful. Everything was in place. The people were nice.

I toured Prema at Ashton Hills. The conversation was fine, and then when they wanted to go into your business, which I did not think was necessary. They wanted the combination to my safe and all that stuff, and I did not like that. The place was clean, but the room, the staff showed me needed some work done on it. It was just like somebody had moved out of it and it needed to be cleaned, other than that, it was fine.

I toured Prema at Ashton Hills. They were very nice. All the amenities were really, really nice. The dining area was very fancy. A lot of the residents really enjoyed their time there. You could see them, like they have life, and they really enjoy hanging out with each other in the main areas. And the lady that gave me the tour was great. She was fantastic.

I toured Prema at Ashton Hills. It's a very clean facility. It's very nice. The staff is friendly. That's why I wanted my mother to be able to be there. It's just the level of care that she needs that didn't work for them. They had activities every day, they had bingo and different programs. They have a movie room and activity area. I spoke to one person who was a manager. She followed up with me. She kept me informed of what they were doing. I met two because they sent a nurse out to evaluate my mother. She was very nice and very professional. I don't have anything bad to say about them at all. I don't know about the maintenance, but the cleanliness, there was no odor whatsoever. It was like walking into the lobby of a nice hotel.

Prema at Ashton Hills is a very nice facility. The building itself is about 10 to 15 years old. It's very new, very nice, lively, and very clean. They have the right apartments laid out for assisted living, and then if you need more care, they have another set for that that is laid out. It is very family-oriented. It looks like grandchildren visiting grandparents. You can have little pastries and things like that, so it's a very nice place. They take people shopping. They have a private room for small gatherings. If you choose to wash your own clothes, you could wash them. They have a local wash area in every hall. If you want your clothes to be sent out and someone else to do them, you can have that or you can do it yourself. They have a small area in the apartment for a small refrigerator and maybe a microwave. What I didn't like about them was that they said every year in December, there's going to be an increase of 2%. The place was very clean. The staff members were friendly and engaging. One resident even came over and engaged with me about her experiences living there. However, it's just the cost could get out of hand.

It was really nice, and the staff was very nice. The outside was manicured, such as the lawn and all that stuff. Everything was very clean. You could tell right away when you walked in, that it was clean. There was no odor. The layout was nice. The rooms were nice. The amenities were good. They had a hair salon there where my mother could get her hair done. They had Christian groups that come in like once a month. They had activities for them. You didn't see any of them just sitting there doing nothing. They were engaged in something. I was very impressed. They didn't really know what time I was going to show up there. I liked it. I would have placed my mother there.

It is a beautiful three-year-old facility. They have great outdoor garden spaces, nice apartments, and friendly staff. The staff was brand new at her job. She had only been there for a week, but she did a very good job. She was very outgoing and answered all of our questions. They have refrigerators in the rooms. They said you could get a microwave. They had two very nice courtyards.

It was perfect and we're going to move my mother-in-law in there. It was excellent across the board. They seemed to be a very caring community like you would have in your own home. It's family-oriented. We even met some of the residents and all of them seemed to be pleased. The staff was wonderful. We didn't get a chance to try the food, but I don't think that's going to be a problem because what we saw we liked. The facility was beautiful and the rooms were perfect. We're moving her into a one-bedroom, and she's moving out of like a little studio at another place, and the one-bedroom is going to give her more room to move around and maybe feel more like she's at home. We saw the beauty shop, the physical therapy room, big game rooms, and the arts and crafts room, and they were all topnotch. They had a beautiful garden and patio, flowers, bird feeders, hummingbird feeders, and a children's play area. It's much bigger than where she was, has much more activities, much more to do, and bigger grounds that she can get around on with her scooter and just get outside.

It was very clean and very nice. We liked it, but it just wasn't for my dad. The staff during the tour was very informative, very nice, and very thorough. We saw maybe two or three rooms, and they were spacious, nice, and clean. Everything smelled good. The dining area was very clean and very nice. They have movies, an activity room, gardening, and crafts.
